I’ve been here 11 years and badly need a new kitchen, you seem to have to die or move out to get one. The guttering is never cleaned unless you phone up and ask. The windowsills need painting. The estate is a mess, it was always clean when we had a caretaker, now we have rats.

When I call the company, they respond to me and provide very good assistance. If I file a complaint about poor or delayed repair, they are cooperative. Also, the employees and engineers who do the repair do their job perfectly.

Room for improvement There has been an improvement in the time taken for repairs to be acknowledged but we need some way to report antisocial behaviour and things such as outside doors being regularly left open, thus compromising our safety.

No hot water first in the bathroom now in the kitchen. Waiting three months for electrical repairs, noisy pump in boiler room next to my bedroom which was installed a week ago, and when I want to bring these issues to the managers attention I’m told “nothing to do with me phone repairs”

It has not been the best time for me living as a tenant of Cotman/Places for People for various reasons. The latest being plagued by rats and not having any support or action. Again I was left too frightened to go out and too frightened to stay in, which I can assure you, was devastating and drove me to despair. Instead of bombarding Places for People it was left to maybe one or two people to do the contacting. Which I thank them for. We were left with no representation for months on end. I could go on but what is the point your tenants wellbeing is obviously not your priority. I would like to thank Jeff Hicks for his telephone call during another episode and I understand he was trying to help wherever he could during this awful period. Thank you again.

I had a bad leak in my kitchen 4wks ago and I have got to wait till 3rd Oct for new stop dock 2 men looked and said we don't stock them as it's really old we have got to order it in and it took me 2 phone calls to get it sorted and they have also got to look at cupboards as they might have to replace them as well

Having a issue with damp and mould , so far have had one missed appointment and another appointment booked with another 5 weeks to wait . Date of first letter to inform of repair July 2 2024 , how many months will this go on for ? Please note that I have COPD grade four !! so could really do with this sorting ASAP
