They have Amazing customer service
I have been waiting ages for repairs to be done. Appointments were made but they were never done.
I am a disabled customer and live in a ground floor flat with my carers upstairs. I asked for a new side door for better security as the one that is there is not as secure as I would like and rattles in the wind. The person who came to look was very dismissive and told me that places for people would never change it.
The reason I contacted the housing has yet to be addressed so therefore, I am waiting for. response as usually it is slow or none existent.
I'm still waiting for the mould in the bathroom and the fan adjustment to be sorted. Reported in June 2023
Completely satisfactory in all respects.
I've lived in my house for over 28 years and while i love my home, the repairs and necessary works on the houses are very few and far between. The kitchens need replacing and the doors and windows have been painted once in the time ive been here. All that aside. neighbours watch out for each other and I wouldnt want to live elsewhere
I became a tenant on 2nd June 2024 there were nothing but problems from the start i wasnt provided the correect information on shower, Heating, I have asked for jobs to be done but it now has become a formal complaint but even complaining you have to queue up. I have read the response from places for people and they just don't get it at all, when you have one problem you get in a queue, when you have several problems, you formally complain, when you complain you have to go on another queue, pathetic service and no idea of customer/ client needs. This business needs a root and branch overhaul.
We have been tenants for 25 plus years and the house was 20 years old when we moved in and we still have the original kitchen which is no longer fit for purpose and our new neighbours in our street have had there's replaced, we was told in Dec 2023 we was to have a new kitchen, we are now almost in October 2024 and we are still waiting and despite 2 visits to inspect the kitchen we are still waiting,it seems new tenants are pushed to the head of the queue whilst we are not treated on par, and we suffered a gas leak at the meter point, which you rerouted and capped off into our kitchen, we have now purchased a new cooker to go in our long awaited new kitchen which can't be plumbed in as there is no supply to the kitchen which has been reported twice and told to the engineer who carried out our recent gas inspection.the kitchen cupboards do not meet current regulations and are falling apart after numerous temporary repairs, your gas inspector and the man we paid to install our cooker both advised that the cupboards don't meet regulations. We have paid money for an appliance that can't be used and paid for an installation which could not be completed due to the cupboards AND no gas supply, all reports and complaints have either been ignored, fallen on deaf ears, or put on a back burner (pun intended) I have suffered a stroke and cannot safely use the kitchen due to the state of repair of the kitchen which is having an effect on my physical recovery and is now causing unnecessary mental anguish, we feel we have been more than patient and following advice we are seeking the intervention of our local MP who will no doubt be happy to list all the regulations that have been broken by you as our landlords, I would like this complaint escalated ASAP and would like a customer complaint number as a reference, as we feel we are being discriminated against, and a copy of this will be attached to the email submitted to our MP.
Places for people is very good company very helpful cooperative IAM very thankful for places for people
Not interested in my health the noise from Diane downstairs unbearable she needs to shut a door and b quieter not fit for purpose not good enough
stairs on the fire exit are very dirty never cleaned , corridors are dirty too, some neighbours have not accepted behaviour, dogs did poo in the corridor on the 3rd floor NE4 5HY 48 Clarwood Green, we no CCTV cameras on car parking place
Dealing with PFP operatives. Service is good when applied. But sometimes can be a while before issue resolved.
I was very pleased to have my repair done. Thank you very much.
Couldn't report repair online as I used to. Had to phone to book appointment, then went online later to report it as a security risk, and had visit same day, which was good. Needed further repair which was 2 months later. Seems to be a lack of availability.
Always friendly operators, never rushed, 2 month appointment wait surprising.
Always ready to help
Waiting for an emergency call out nearly 3 months later still not been The worst service I've ever had since living here for 10 years
Taking notice,of what tennents need and finally getting issues done.
