Im apply for another flat arround 7 times and not give any result im pay the rent correct never have later time
Never had any problems reporting repairs on line. Workmen always friendly and polite, and repairs done in a timely fashion.
Care more for the properties maintenance is important all that rent these properties are of an age when we move in not every one can cut there grass or decorate 8 can go on and on but will leave it there
Very perlite cleaned up after himself good job thank you
It would help if we could have new kitchens and bathrooms. We have lived here 14 years and they were old when we moved in.
After a week of backwards and forwards to different members of your staff names as follows Kate Keith Xavier John Adam I’d like to thank them for all their help in getting my boiler sorted as it had its own mind of coming on on its own job still not finished as of today 18th September now need electricon to come out but engineer got my heating done my problem was from arron services was they said they would be here between 9 till 5 and didn’t not even a phone call so wasted 3 days waiting in but as for your staff they were brilliant as I wrote earlier and for an 81 year old with COPD and asthma I was not amused surely the company should phone up and say they are running late sorry my rant is over hopefully thank you
Double glazing fitted to housing scheme.Despite letter apologising for lack of consultation and useful timetabling. It was a shambles. THE Coordinator was frequently unavailable. When miraculously the phone was answered, standard reply was 'I will ask my manager' then no return call.Supliers were changed, as we're spec's for the widows causing disruption to fitters etc.Not an enjoyable experience
i went to Castle Park to go on the community walk but couldnt find anyone. it was not signposted or anything and i didnt go as far as the bandstand, where apparently everyone on the walk met. missed out on what probably was a good experience. Also the landscape/gardening team either don't come enough and when they do they're over-zealous with the cutting back of bushes/shrubs.
try to report any think on line is a nightmare as half the time you can not get on to it because they are always doing something to the line can not remember but
Very helpful. Understanding, professional. Always keep you informed of any changes in your appointment etc.
Gave me a time scale came earlier only fixed one thing said if the other were working so would that plug when something plugged in it goes on and off
I like my flat but it is nigh on impossible to get repairs done. I have been waiting nearly 2 years for a new front door.... The grounds are not looked after very well. My carpet has been ruined by the man who installed my new water tank. I am not happy.
the job was done on the day. and a good job was done.
Whenever I have to ring pfp for anything they always listen, and then do their upmost to explain anything I am not sure about. If I have a repair booked in, they always turn up and staff are very respectful of my property no matter what they are doing. Clean up after themselves and go that extra mile to get the job done . If I have a problem with my account for any reason the staff are very understanding and always reassure me not to worry they will find a solution to suit all parties. I can honestly say I gave never had a bad experience with them..
There seems to be a distinct lack of resources at PFP to rectify issues, for example it took 3 months and 3 visits to fix the leak in my bathroom. It is still only half finished as the floor needs replacing but at least it is not flooding the room below me now.
The guy was lovely fixed straight away with a new part
Reason can’t give a ZERO. Vert poor Maintenance after having a leak in my roof. Now been 16 weeks and still not completed. Lack of communication from all involved. I feel that we are just a number now and not a valued Tenant. Very poor service.
repairs are so slow, and never done properly.
The People who come to do work are very hit and miss. They are always Polite and Friendly and I think Genuinely do their best. But they have turned up with either No Equipment The Wrong Equipment Sometimes the right Equipment
May Leitch
Sep 18,2024They couldn't deal with my inquiry straight away so they looked into it and phoned me back and sorted it all out.
