Deducted one star as we are still waiting for the taps in the kitchen, mentioned when signing up for the property, to be fixed. All together minus minor little niggles thoroughly impressed with the company and especially the lettings team who made moving so pleasant an experience.
Work man was helpful and thorough. Explained things clearly and efficiently.

Personally I think it's a really good hostel, the management are always there for you and open to listening when you have a problem, they help if your struggling with things unlike other hostels who just throw you out if you have problems, the facilities here are always clean, the rooms are nice and most rooms have back doors going into a garden area, they give you privacy and aren't constantly trying to oppress you, I've been in other hostels and this is by far the best and most helpful, I would like to mention the managers Jack and Melissa do an excellent job of handling the people here at Kings ripton road.
I love the layout and location of my bungalow. The repairs and decoration of the bungalow took forever and I can’t see why. Loads of cleaning was missed ( e.g. the 30 odd dirty, brown handkerchiefs stuffed down the living room radiator) and the repairs were really shoddy, I could have done a better job at filling holes in the wall than the cowboys paid to do it. In all I’m very happy to live here, I just wish the work standards were higher

Worst housing association I have ever had to deal with
Why did you say no to putting up a fence between the front and back garden? I am on my own and feel very scared at times. I have already caught a couple having sex there they ran of saying sorry. You also took the Shed away a friend of mine could have repaired it where it needed if it did.I was relying on it for my mobility scooter now i have to keep it with just a cover over it, and it keeps blowing off. I bought it new as i thought the shed would be left there. There are still a lot of things that need attending to but i am scared to ask.
