Not very happy with the repairs department has when I rang them regarding the moud in bathroom they told me that they was coming on Monday 13th at 11 clock and had a day off work they did not come Also I rang about the leak from bathroom which is still leaking down stairs toilet ceiling which is now cracking the ceiling and still coming throught the fan ceiling is all wet and crusty which I dec rotated now it is all runned not very happy at all I rang yesterday and explained to the lady about the bathroom leaking and told her this was an on going thing and nothing been do and she put the phone down on me kind regards m clamp
Had an old shed in my garden for 2 years they still haven't moved no matter how many times I've called. Also had a cracked window since before I moved in that's never been fixed.
Reasonable upgrades in the last few years but some problems getting repairs sorted and communication could be a lot better.
Rubbish - still waiting for conclusion to issues. Paperwork lost. No follow up. Extreme distress caused by countless unnecessary call outs. Money wasted by not reading case notes.
Was waiting 4 months for a new back door 3 people looked at the job came to fo the door but the 3 people didn't put on the notes that there was a pipe through it . I live next to a alley way and the bottom of the fence keeps coming off tripping people up ... had someone out drunks and drugs are posted through the holes in the fence and one panel has be punched out this was looked at may time 24 and still waiting for the fence to be done . The kitchen where they ripped the cuboard out near the back door to the bare brick was cold and I have arthritis they know this people coming out to look at the job again and again was booked for October someone came out to look again!! Not to fix ... was then told end of November. To then that was cancelled no phone call to say it was cancelled and moved to December!!! Absolute joke the communication is a joke

Very poor performance
When it comes to upgrades of kitchen or bathrooms etc they don’t even answer your requests to change rotten cupboards as everything is falling apart there is not so much as a polite rejection response.
The call operator was very helpful dealing with the issue
Absolutely disgusting for the amount of rent we pay they don't care about their tenants just money corrupt company most of us here in Bolton want to leave and find quality home the apartment I live in is a mess not created by me but with poor quality workmanship my roof leaks in my bathroom through an electric appliance my windows are broken not through missus but cheap quality materials the weather boards are falling off outside no security lighting we need that as it's a high crime area
Completely neglected their tenants, left for over a year with faulty district heating system resulting in 2 very stressful and cold Christmases!!
Very happy with work they carried out. Reported repair month before it was done but it wasn't emergency & had Christmas/New year in-between so understandable time frame. Easy to report online & messages kept me updated
Slow repairs service. Dirty carpeted stairways been cleaned and dirty again. Carpets should not be in common high foot fall corridors and stairs. They should be replaced to a suitable flooring more commonly used on stairwells with a view to long term savings on not having costly carpet cleaning
My appointment was cancelled as usual. No operator on the day. Complete rubbish company and policies. It’s booked again but I’m fully expecting it to be cancelled AGAIN
Places for people are in my view a very good housing association, the repair team are very good and efficient, the maintenance staff do their best to keep the estate tidy, the gardeners keep the grass in a tidy condition and also cut the trees when required. The only downside is there could be more lighting around the estate, particularly in alleyways and the subway that leads on to the estate, but generally speaking top marks.
A shambolic provider and landlord. Regularly promise and under or fail to deliver. The staff are either significantly overworked and under stretched or simply incompetent in their roles. Every interaction is found to be left slow and awaiting response, sometimes across months, only to result in a nil or basic response. This seems to be the case throughout the hierarchy of employees, escalation of complaints and issues only finds more incompetence. Despite clearly failing time and time again, the staff don't even have the decency to apologise or acknowledge their failings, simply bury their head in the sand deeper each time.
To date one off the UK s WORST PROVIDERS there's 15 tenants still living in MOUNT STREET FLEETWOOD in VICTORIA HOUSING old wooden doors and windows loads STILL without a modern boiler NO INVESTMENT in OVER 30 YEARS ONLY BOTHERED WITH RENT MONEY 1 POUND IN DEBT SOON BUG YOU CALLS AND DEBT LETTER THE HOUSES IN MOUNT STREET FLEETWOOD DESPERATELY NEED BROUGHT UP TO 21st CENTURY STANDARD Before one off the 15 poor souls in your properties die off cold every winter frezzing and costing loads off money in gas or electric just trying to just keep warm with all the cracks and drafts and MOLD in some
Have complained about the state of the garden not draining. Marshy and dying. Nothing has been done to rectify this problem. Rents keep going up, I think I'd have been better off with a mortgage.
If I could give zero stars I would. I haven't been able to spend any time in my lounge since October as my patio doors are broken and letting in water and cold. The room is 3 degrees colder in there than the rest of the house, and as a disabled person I feel the cold a lot more than others. 3 failed appoints. 3 failed complaint procedures. And now again just put off the repair for another 4 weeks. So here I am stuck in bed for another month. No point in complaining because it does nothing. They don't even follow their own procedure regarding the complaint. And all their going to do to continue to make appointments and not attend and then re book them. I don't know how I'm supposed to make this work?
