wouldn't recommend places for people to anyone i have been in this flat just under 2 yrs I put 3 or 4 complaints in. you book a repair no matter how small takes a month to come out then if they have to come back takes another month if they cancel they don't connect you it's taken them 3 months to sort seal around my front door and still waiting that is just 1 job trying to get them to instalation the walls is nightmare would love to see them stay here in the cold they would soon sort it

Have.made numerous phone calls regarding a repair and had no answers. Ref.sa 204788. This repair was reported in November 24.

I really fell in love with a cat u wanted to rescue from the local shelter. Altho the online request said I could have a cat, the responsible shelter wanted something in writing from you. I emailed. It said a response would take 2 - 3 days. It's been over a week and the beautiful girl is now happy in someone else's home! Glad she's been rescued, gutted it wasn't me!

Just to say had a boiler fitted. Had a gentleman called Marcus Ices, who fitted it. He went above and beyond to fit the boiler. Very respectful and helpful. What a wonderful person. So pleased with the work. Thank you.

I have burst shower unit and toilet anti social neighbours and Pfp has done nothing as I’m disabled and my son is disabled. Since I moved with them I had nothing but trouble and abuse and their work force is useless they donot communicate with each other or help their tenant. I have no toilet and bath and called them 7 times i done an operation . Their plumber since Sunday has done nothing I have told them I have a child with severe disability and I’m disabled myself and just done operation they have been instructed to call before arrival and they ignored and send me text they done the job when they never attendedi need toilet and shower and they donot care. And racist if it was for themselves they woud have resolved it by now now

Places for people are the worst housing association in my opinion. I have been a tenant for 19years, pay my rent on time, have never had any complaints. When I moved in my kitchen was 2nd hand, after 10yrs, I applied to have it changed due to faults. It was declined so I changed doors and drawer fronts myself but it wasn't the best job. Recently, I applied again to be told, I would have changes done. I was given new wall cabinets which are great and new doors to replace the missing ones at the bottom (2doors) leaving the rest so now I have a mix match kitchen, rotten base and a worn worktop. I have emailed to complain with no response! There's fly tipping from neighbours constantly and again no response from places for people. I asked for a front bush to be removed which blocks my way to the front door, I have a disability which restricts me from cutting it back myself and costly for me to pay for myself. This email was responded to but never followed up!

From the initial contact regarding the leak from my neighbours flat above to the water leak into my electrics being fixed was first class. Can't fault the people I dealt with and how quickly it was sorted. Absolutely first class.

I don’t think Pfp care about their tenants anymore. I’ve been waiting since December 2023 for rear fence. I’ve had 3 appointments but no one turned up. The excuse was a new appointment system. The bushes at the front and side of my property need cutting back. Pfp say they won’t do it because it’s part of my garden. It is not part of my garden and it’s taken over the path leading to the car park. I reported insulation in the attic after rats had destroyed it but no one came. I hate living here now. No wonder no one cares about their property anymore. I am seeking legal advice about the things I have outlined as it’s not fair. We pay a fee for maintaining the bushes in the area, why?

I have been a tenant with places for people for 13 years, always found them helpful if I've had a repair that needs doing. I am informed of any updates regarding fire safety Gas service is done yearly and engineers are always polite and friendly.
