Great selection of properties and good communication
Customer service is important to me, and in my experience it has been prompt and attentive. We had 3 amazing home/host experiences with 1 unfortunate. The plum guide team have been helpful though in coming to a resolution.

Plum Guide was recommended to me by my brother who had a great experience when his family travelled abroad. I referred a friend who had a great experience. When it was my turn to travel to London, I finally got to use it. It was an amazing experience! Customer service was excellent. We booked a week originally, then decided to extend our trip a few more days. I reached out to customer service to find out how to do that (I didn't want to pay the cleaning fee twice). They advised me to just book the extra days and they would take care of the cleaning fee. I must have been half asleep when I did it because I skipped a night. Customer service reached out to me to ask if I planned to stay somewhere else that one night. Nope, that was a mistake, they promptly fixed it. The flat we stayed in was great. It was better than the listing. (There was a front and back garden which was not emphasized in the listing, but is absolutely an asset!) It was relaxing, comfortable and well-appointed. The owners of the flat we stayed in were amazing as well. We had a couple of issues, they came over immediately when they happened. They fixed the problem right away! Plus they were so helpful in suggesting places to visit and things to do! I have used other services, the customer service and quality of the flat is head and shoulders above the rest! TL/dr: Their customer service and quality of the place is fantastic. Use Plum Guide for your next stay!
Hero of the Lake (not sure why it’s called that!) is a lovely villa set in a little village about a 20 minute drive from Porec in Croatia which has shops and restaurants aplenty. The villa is well kept, clean and comfortable with a particularly nice outdoor space. The pool is a nice size and the loungers around the pool are very comfortable and possibly some of the best we’ve ever used. The outdoor dining area is set under a canopy and offers a barbecue and outside sink. There is another outdoor seating area which is a sofa and chair set around a coffee table - perfect for playing Uno. The villa is very secure with remote controlled gate access. The upstairs bedroom layout of the villa is a little quirky; a double bedroom leads off the master bedroom which does compromise privacy. We called this the “secret” bedroom as it took us a while to find it! This bedroom is the only room with direct access to the balcony. All the beds were very comfortable and all bedrooms have air conditioning units. Edin and his wife were very friendly and helpful caretakers. They responded quickly to any issues we had and resolved them.
I was very concerned that I was dealing with a luxury travel agent who had booked my cottage for their clients for a month and I had no way to contact the guests.I was also not happy that there was to be no additional clean and the situation was sorted by Plum Guide very professionally.Thank you
We had such a good time in Malibu!! Family Time!! Love the Malibu Italian Tuscany Paradise Villa home 7 bedrooms 12 foot Chef Isle in Large kitchen
Booking with Plum couldn’t have been easier, the property we selected for our stay was confirmed immediately and the host was quick to get in touch to facilitate our stay and entry to the property. This sunny and cosy flat was perfect for our stay. Overlooking the park it was so quiet you could forget that thriving Hackney is just outside. It met all our needs - with bus stops just outside, the canal path and a lovely walk to Angel on one side and the park and a short walk to the heart of Shoreditch on the other, we made the most of all we could. The flat itself was quiet, comfy and a great space to relax in after walking all over east London. We will definitely be booking again!
The apartment was well located and for a lesser number of guests would have been fine. However, it was completely missold as 4 bedrooms when in fact the 4th room was just a mattress on the floor of a ledge mezzanine on the sitting room which you couldn't even sit up in with a privacy curtain. Given we were all adults this was completely inappropriate ( any other guest visiting the bathroom at night would have to turn on the lights and wake you up as well as no privacy) and 2 of us had to find a hotel nearby. The aircon was also leaking water all over the floor. Getting assistance from the host was non existent and Im still trying to follow up now to get a refund. It was also super expensive as it was Olympics week and frankly we expected more given the hotels were cheaper. There wasnt even a proper kitchen which in a 4 bed flat is odd. I wouldnt book with Plum Guide again as I dont believe they check or verify the premises and if theres a problem they are not interested.
Useful service with quality control on properties selected, which reduces the stress of potential unknowns when taking a holiday let. Good informative listings info was provided and I experienced prompt comms from the team.
Very helpful and curious agents! The house was lovely in a great location with beautiful views! Close to several great eateries.
We stayed at Cottage Gigi which is a historic home lovingly made from the the side of a stone mountain with breathtaking views. The place had a beautiful gas stove perfect for making delicious meals while we were on vacation. There were three spacious bedrooms and a bathroom on every floor. I give five stars to our stay not just because of our lovely cottage but because the people in the little town where we stayed at were so welcoming and heartwarming.
We loved the penthouse condo, especially the upper outdoor deck where we spent almost every evening relaxing with a cocktail! We did not know this when we rented, but the condo is operated almost as if it is a high-end hotel room. There was room service every day (e.g., made beds; replaced used towels; tidied up) and an on-premise staff member every day from 8:30am-8pm. Beyond those logistics, the condo itself is beautifully furnished with a very large master bedroom, nice-sized second bedroom, and a small-ish but comfortable 3rd bedroom. The layout was also ideal for us as a family of 4. The lower level (5th floor) was where the bedrooms and two full baths were located with one of the full baths being part of the en-suite main bedroom. The top floor (6th floor) was incredibly spacious with a very comfortable and well designed living area, beautiful dining area, and a well appointed kitchen. You could actually make a very serviceable from-scratch meal in the kitchen with the pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment provided. We also loved the location! While we did spend most of our time in central London (Picadilly Circus; Covent Garden; Leicester Square; Tower of London area / Burroughs Market / Tate Museum), we loved coming back to this quiet corner overlooking Hyde Park. The condo is a short-walking distance from Harrods and high-end shopping and an easy 15-minute walk from two major tube stops that can get you to practically anywhere you want to get in the city. Perhaps the most notable thing I can say about the condo is that it was so comfortable and inviting and beautiful that we planned our days around coming back to the condo mid-afternoon to rest up after a busy day of morning activities to re-charge for our late afternoon and night-time outings. Amazing property that we could not have come close to matching in comfort or in price had we done what we originally had planned - getting 2 separate rooms at a high-end hotel.

Sep 22,2024The home has been renovated beautifully and is very comfortable for a small family to stay. Love the view out the big windows and the neighborhood. It was very easy to get to the metro and train. The baby high chair was a nice surprise and came in handy as well.
