Oct 17,2024Special places to stay on vacation. All of the apartments I looked at on Plum Guide were just a bit nicer than what I was finding by searching on other sites. The communication was excellent and follow-up was very timely without being annoying. I would definitely use their site to find a place to stay for our next vacation.

Oct 17,2024Cancelled less than 48 hours before We had booked a holiday to Milan for this weekend (mid October), booking accommodation with the PlumGuide in mid June. We found out less than 48 hours before our trip that our accommodation was cancelled. To cut a very long story short, we were ultimately offered a refund + some additional compensation however given the short notice, it was nowhere near enough to cover similar accomodation in the same neighbourhood. We have settled for a similar level apartment 25 minutes away on the metro. To say this caused my wife a whole lot of anxiety and distress before what was meant to be a holiday is an understatement. It has put a sour taste on our holiday before we have even left. Its a pity because we have stayed with Plum before and it was a good experience, however this one just wasnt up to scratch. Ive given them 2 stars because atleast they offered us some compensation, but the reality is we are far worse off because of this last minute change.

Oct 16,2024The home was perfect for a group of 10, the kitchen was functional and reasonably well equipped if you choose to cook in, and the dining area seats 10 with 2 additional chairs if needed. Bedroom layout on 3 floors, most with private bathrooms, was very good, and beds were comfortable. Nice little outdoor garden, table and seating in a private back terrace if the weather is good. Only minor negative was lack of a main floor half bathroom, but both the ground and second floors have several bathrooms. The home is ideally situated, 2 blocks from Hyde Park, and approximately 5 minutes walk from the Lancaster Gate tube or Paddington Station where the Heathrow Express stops (with frequent service and its incredibly efficient 17 min trip to and from the airport). Plenty of great local restaurants and pubs within a 1-5 minute walk. We would stay here again in a flash if the entire family returns to London together.

A party of 14 from 22 yesterday to 80 years is not that straightforward but the Shippon had everything and more. The ease of booking with plum guide was super important and also very straight forward.

Oct 14,2024We used Plum Guide for two weeks in Greece - one week in Athens and one week in Crete - and could not be happier with the entire experience. The website made reserving easy, and we found both properties sparkling clean, comfortable, and - SO important - just as described. The property managers were responsive and helpful with directions and questions about the property/area, and in the case of Athens arranged for airport transportation that was more like a guided tour of Athens than a rideshare. The value was terrific, and the Plum Guide promise that each property is physically vetted and has a local owner or manager available quickly was 100% backed up at both properties we stayed in. Never going back to Air BnB!

Oct 13,2024We loved our apartment in Milano! It was clean, well decorated and had lovely linens. It was the perfect layout for our family of four. The host was very responsive prior to and during our stay. We had some trouble with the key as the keyless entry app didn’t work, but the host was quick to respond. It would be helpful if Plum Guide allowed you to make date adjustments if you’re within the cancellation period online! It took a few days for me to resolve an adjustment with the team via email. Looking forward to my next Plum booking!

Even an issue that was not of their making was carefully and attentively dealt with. Very helpful when travel plans had not been properly communicated by my travel agent. I will certainly be looking to using them many times in the future

Oct 12,2024The rental was exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful, very spacious, the hosts thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. The location is perfect. Right on the piazza but the unit faces the courtyard so is very quiet.

Oct 06,2024Lovely muse apartment exactly as seen on Plum Guide. It was small though with everything required. It was very clean and in a lovely quiet area of Paris and handy for the metro. The host who met us was very helpful and accommodating. It took us a while to work out the microwave so maybe some instructions would be helpful. It was our first time using Plum Travel and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
