Oct 03,2024When I arrived, I had internet connection issues and when I contacted the hosts they were extremely responsive and the problem was fixed very quickly. The apartment was well equipped and nicely designed. Would definitely use plum guide again.

Sep 30,2024The Cowshed was perfect, every little detail has been thought of. The location is really great for exploring the beautiful Jurassic coast; Rochester and Weymouth are very close and have lots of great places to eat.

Sep 30,2024Beautiful Garda! We had a lovely time at the Cotton Candy Castle in Padenghe Sul Garda. It was further away from shops and restaurants than we anticipated which is why only the 4 stars but the host was fabulous and communications were excellent the whole time we were there.

Sep 28,2024Having an office where you can meet the Plum Guide team makes a huge difference ! They were lovely and super helpful. When we got to the apartment ,it was well appointed just as shown in the images. There were little thoughtful details to make the stay seemless. A super clean apartment with a great shower was perfect. And of course the location was spot on. We look forward to staying at more Plum Guide apartments on our future travels.

Sep 28,2024Stayed in The Northern Orchid Apartment in Saltburn by the Sea. Lovely, comfy well equipped apartment. Great location, near some great restaurants and the seafront is minutes away. Really convenient if you are travelling by train (we were).

Sep 27,2024The apartment is well equiped, a great layout and close to transport. We could walk to villa Borghese and bus to the Catacomds of Priscilla. The location is close to excellent restaurants, bars and shops. We’d stay there again There is an Elite Supermarket less than a block away and the cheese and meat staff are friendly. They offer samples and it’s hard to walk away without buying lots of cheese and salami

Sep 27,2024My second stay using plum guide. First was in Milan that a friend booked: easy booking and lovely property . This booking was for a place in England, great customer service received from plum guide when we had to change our booking dates due to sad circumstances. No extra fees - could be specific to the property, however, customer services were quick to respond and resolved our situation with new dates for the property within 24hrs, such a relief. Will definitely use plum guide again.

Sep 25,2024This is a lovely apartment on the fourth floor of a respectable building 50m from Belsize Park underground station. Although the apartment is small, it is not cramped. It is well appointed and has a very modern kitchen with every tool and appliance you would want except a microwave. The bathroom is well lit and modern. There was always plenty of hot water. The windows face south over a leafy neighbourhood and allotment gardens. We were amazed at how quiet the apartment was. With the windows wide open, we heard no street noise whatsoever. No traffic, no sirens, no people yelling, no motorcycles. Amber our congenial host met us at the front door and provided far more than expected in the way of cookery amenities. There was plenty of salt and pepper and sugar and olive oil and coffee and tea and biscuits and milk and juice, all complementary. The bed, bedding, and pillows were extremely comfortable. Amber was delightful and easy to contact by WhatsApp if and when we needed anything. Highly recommended.

Sep 24,2024We have used Plum twice, both in European cities, and their reviews of properties together with their selection of accommodation has been excellent. There is always that anxious moment when you turn up and think, what have I booked, but due to the excellent communication with Plum and the hosts, everything has gone extremely well. I see no reason to use any other companies to find my accommodation when I next book, wherever that may be.

Sep 24,2024We really enjoyed our stay at the very well-appointed Smooth Operator in Marylebone. The apartment itself had everything one would need - a lot of space, great finishings, full kitchen, comfortable bed/baths. Very upscale and quiet building and a great location - a minute walk to Regent Park, and close proximity to the Underground and the wonderful Marylebone neighborhood. The owner was particularly helpful and responsive as well. Representatives from Plum Guide worked nicely between us and the owner, and their description of Smooth Operator was right on point.

Oct 05,2024A lovely little cottage and perfect location. The double bed was a little uncomfortable and the mattress lumpy with no matttress protector which seemed surprising. We used a spare duvet to overcome this. It would have been handy to have some washing up liquid on arrival as the nearest shop was 25 minutes drive away, we did like the Prosecco however! We really enjoyed the area, and location and would stay again.
