Honest and fair, and my favorite part is that they make sure you know the noise level and any other important items you wouldn't know about unless someone stayed there and told you about it.

Especially love the real truths about the properties. Most recently stayed at ‘Her Name was Lola’. Totally exceeded expectations. House was gorgeous and perfectly equipped. Everything you needed was there, easy to find and in good condition.

It was nice to see the upside, and possible downside, of the rental. A far better experience than other rental sites that we have used in the past.

Nov 19,2023Last May we booked an apartment through Plum Guide in San Sebastian/Donostia, Spain. It was in a perfect location on the edge of the "Parte Vieja". This is truly ideal for discovering the pulse of the city. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. We were thrilled with the modern conveniences. This is a perfect apartment for a couple or those with a child. The furnishings are modern and the two bathrooms were both lovely. Enjoyed being able to prepare breakfast in the mornings and having a washer/dryer. Plum Guide is the most accurate service we have used in Europe and communication is excellent. Will always use them when traveling and an apartment is needed.

Good photography clearly depicted both properties we rented and the hosts for each site went above and beyond the normal expectations to help our group settle in and get to know the property. Will use Plum Guide again and don't hesitate to recommend them above other similar services.

Nov 19,2023Very disappointing. Check is was illusory. “Pass the Keys” is not true. Nothing is passed; it’s bad service for getting access. “Matt,” our host doesn’t exist; it’s a number to a switchboard in London which doesn’t help. FINALLY we got in. The “street parking” is for three hour’s maximum. Cannot find Wi-Fi (as promised) and back of router code is hidden. All in all, I would not stay with PlumGuide again. Very disappointed in entire company. Hope our stay in a Plum Guide apartment in London in four days is better. Very disappointing.

Nov 30,2023I've stayed at Plumguide apartments before. What I love is that they are clearly thoroughly vetted. The apartments/rooms are exactly as they appear on the website. I like the fact there are no hidden extras, what you pay is all you pay. Beds are comfortable, everything is clean and efficient. Great locations.
