We loved our two stays with Plum Guide. White Wedding in Berlin is a stunning, bright apartment with an incredible host who gave us great suggestions in the area and left such lovely welcome treats. Our second stay at the beautiful Pavilion House was for a multi-generational family gathering. The house had everything we needed, from an incredibly well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable space for all our family and a grand piano. We're looking forward to our next stay with Plum Guide.

Plum Guide offers a great range of properties to rent which makes it easy to choose something within your budget where you want to be located, backed by superb admin support. Our flat was tiny but perfect for what we needed, in a great location on Ile de La Cite. Good up to date facilities with a few extras in the kitchen which made a great difference when we wanted to stay in for a meal.
From beginning to end, our hosts Bastien and Elise, were very accessible and helpful. For a couple, the flat was spacious and efficient. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bed linen were white and crisp. The bath towels were also white and plush. The appliances were all modern, and seemed new. A real smart home. The location was a good base for museum goers like us. Lots of eateries nearby. A real chic gem in the area. For future renters, please take good care of the place.

Our apartment was in the heart of Paris, close to St Sulpice, the Louvre, Ste Chapelle etc. It was the right size for a couple, nicely furnished, very clean, and the landlady was most caring and helpful. Overall a great stay.
Plum Guide website is very easy to navigate and use. The room we rented was exactly what was depicted on the site. No issues connecting and contacting the host prior or during our stay. Highly recommend Plum Guide.
I booked an apartment in New Orleans. I found out later that it was for a third party company that didn't even have the right address in the listing. After talking to the third party I found that they referred to Plum Guide as an aggregator. My whole reason for using Plum Guide was that they didn't do this. Now it is just a company that is a front for other managers. They no longer do what they promise, check out the listing. Plumb Guide is over.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Half Moon Spectacles, booked through Plum Guide. Our host, Ben, was great and the home he provided for us was just perfect for our about 5-week stay in London. From the furnishings, the outdoor spaces both front and back, to the kitchen and laundry amenities, everything was great. The neighborhood was new to us, and we found it to be a comfortable and well provisioned area for our needs and wants. We'd be happy to recommend Ben and his place and Plum Guide to any of our friends and family.
Really nice and easy experience in a beautiful apartment in the 11th arrondissement in Paris. Plumguide was great and easy to use, I am already looking into using it again for next time and definitely prefer it to Airbnb where most apartments are subpar.
Read the negative reviews and take them under advisement. The gist is that if you get a good homeowner and don’t have any issues, you’ll be fine. However, if there is any issue with the accommodation, you are completely on your own as Plum Guide will do the bare minimum to help you. Maison Magnifique in Paris has some lovely photos, but the actual apartment is cheaply decorated (pancake flat pillows), dingy (stained furnishings, fruit flies buzzing around), and clearly in a state of disrepair (the brass door number fell off and someone wrote the door number on in marker). The building interior features filthy carpets and massively chipped painting. The overall feel is of complete neglect and lack of interest in maintaining any sort of standard. I was in the apartment for about 30 minutes when I decided that I didn’t want to spend 9 days there. Immediately contacted Plum Guide to ask for their help with a refund (the first form the site sent me to was no longer active, so I was routed to a sales page for a form fill software). Finally got someone on WhatsApp, but that person disappeared after saying they would connect me to help. It took them two days to actually respond to me. Eventually, I was able to explain why I left the apartment and ask for a refund. A day or so later I received a message saying “they said no refund since you don’t have photos. So we can’t help you. Goodbye.” When I pointed out that PG’s whole thing is about how they vet all the apartments to make sure they look like the photos, the response was a verbal shrug. When I asked where in their policy was it stated that I needed to take photos, the question was ignored. Which leads me to believe that they do not, in fact, vet their apartments. I am 100% certain that no one will go back to review whether this apartment meets PG “standards”, and that none of what I laid out in detail will show up in the reviews. So since PG won’t do it, let me tell you to avoid Maison Magnifique in Paris. And unless you’re willing to have to shell out additional money to avoid staying in a rundown hovel, you probably shouldn’t gamble on PG either. Incidentally, when I contacted Maison Magnifique, I laid out in detail (at their request) how the place fell far short of what they showed in their photos, they simply stopped responding. So there’s that. Editing to add that Maison Magnifique finally responded to say that they could take photos if Plum Guide requests it. So they are clearly aware that their listing has all of the issues that I named and have no intention of fixing them as PG certainly won’t take any action on their lack of maintenance.

Beautiful house, plenty of space, very comfortable and well equipped. Siobhan was excellent from recommending somewhere for us to eat on Friday evening to putting us in touch with a replacement chef at the last minute when the one we had booked couldn't make it. She met us on Thursday evening and gave us a comprehensive guide to the house.
I haven't booked with them yet as our group plans fell through but their homes look amazing. Can't wait to book my next trip away!

Nov 05,2023It was difficult to navigate booking from Australia, time diffence etc, we were a bit concerned and felt there could have been clearer communication, however we were very pleased and happy with flat and it was an excellent location of us. We used the train and river to get us around and walking was a good option as everything was so close.
