Jul 20,2023The house we stayed in Breath and Flow was perfect for our needs. We were able to cook great family dinners and everyone was comfortable. The location was great and the pub on the corner was so fun. Gabriel our host was so accommodating and was quick to respond to every call. We had 10 super days. Would definitely reccommend and would stay again.

Jul 19,2023I unfortunately had a very bad experience with Plum Guide. Less than a week before I was traveling for my son's graduation I was told that my reservation was cancelled and Plum Guide was unable to offer me an alternative. I was left scrambling to find other accommodation that cost me a lot more seeing how late in the day it was and I had very little choice. I am usually not one to leave reviews as I only like to say positive things but I was left so upset and stranded I felt that I had to warn the others. Never again for me.

One of the homes even FAR EXCEEDED my high expectations of Plum Guide experience. I would highly recommend Plum Guide to any person looking for a home away from home whilst traveling.

This is far superior to air b&b as the quality of the property is guaranteed and you can be confident that what you booked will look exactly like the picture. Jul 13,2023Do not fall for their photos, the reality is far from what you see online! I stayed at a flat in London that was far from the advertised imagery and description. It was filthy with crumbs and dirty with mold. While I have lived in large cities for many years, I can easily get past small spaces but I cannot see beyond grime and poor construction. It is clear that the maintenance and cleaning teams are ignoring this Plum Guide (or is it Sonder, I’m still confused) rental. I would say that this was like staying in a dorm room but it was worse. I would have been better off staying at a cheap hotel. Don’t fall for their photos of bright, clean, decently-designed spaces.

Jul 12,2023Would give 0 if i could. Set up our account without sending documentation and not set up to take instant booking. So we have to approve them - not possible as Plumguide set up our account with anothers businesses email. So a lady booked - couldnt pay - so paid us directly. And the plumguide without any notification to us - cancelled the booking! It was then booked again! Not willing to take any responsibility. We are part of a community based on the CMS we use and have heard of three similar experiences. So in short if you are thinking of listing your properties with them - dont bother

What impressed me so much was that our host let us check in and drop our bags off early before the official check in time, they were super responsive and quick to fix our AC unit when that stopped working in the middle of the night, and the Terrarium apartment was so charming, spacious, and clean. We would 100% recommend staying in this Plum Guide apartment!

The properties were well curated, and pros and cons to each place were easy to understand. The communication as soon as we booked along with questions along the way, and check in/out instructions were concise and clear. Any messages I sent were responded to in a very speedy manner. Jul 28,2023Positive review: All information about the price and accommodation was transparent, there were no additional fees than the advertised price, which is your advantage over competing companies. your communication with the customer was regular, fast, as was the response of the host. In fact, the accommodation is at the level you advertise, and therefore a higher and stricter standard of accommodation is expected, because it passes your strict checks, but at the same time a good and competitive price is guaranteed compared to the other accommodation providers. Additional suggestions: Given that I often travel with my family and that beautiful, clean and quality accommodation is important to me as well as price performance, it also means to me the possibility of reading the experiences of previous guests, which your site does not offer. Namely, you often get useful information from guests that you wouldn't otherwise. I miss that on your site anyway. Concretely, I would give my own very positive review for this accommodation that I’ve been, but I would still give a more realistic assessment of the distance from the city center and the connections to the center by public transport, both from a time and cost point of view. At the same time, I would state the advantages and disadvantages of such a location. For someone who has not yet been to London, this is very important, because it is hard to imagine that due to the distance, he will lose approx. one hour of time in one direction every day, but at the same time, the advantage is the quiet, pleasant location, which enables you to get to know the city more widely.
