J'ai posté 33 faux avis sur le site de Plum Guide pour une somme de $16 usdt dont j'ai reçu. La coach sur Telegram m'a dit que je devais déposer $120 pour continuer les évaluations, ce que j'ai refusé de faire. Donc, les avis sur Plum Guide sont biaisés, les personnes qui commentent n'ont jamais mis les pieds à ces endroits

Jun 27,2023we had a great experience at Tre Colori The home was spacious and beautiful. The rooms were gorgeous with high ceilings and it was clean and very big for 5 people. there were 3 en suite bathrooms and the air conditioning was perfect. We had a small hiccup with the washer dryer and shower but the owners and their employees were very helpful and had great conflict resolution.

Have already told 6 others who travel to check out this site. The apartment was exactly as described & even more beautiful than anticipated. The piazza was central to everything in Lucca. We were so happy there.

Jun 24,2023Using Plum Guide to book our family get together in the New Forest, Hampshire, was a great decision. The info the company provided about the property were very accurate and we had a wonderful time. I really liked the way everything was explained on the website, also the cancellation policies were very clear. We have used Airbnb in the past, but I would highly recommend Plum Guide, and we will certainly be using them again.

Jun 23,2023Plum guide was super easy to book. Our stay in Rome at the elder statesman with Roberto, The host, was most excellent! Roberto is so kind and so helpful and most of all very personable. He made sure that our stay was top notch. The apartment had plenty of room for six grown people. All the beds I believe were king size. They did not seem queen size. Each room had its own air conditioning thermostat so that you can control what was comfortable for you. The place is in an excellent, excellent location. Very convenient to everything. The Colosseum is literally a 4 minute walk. The apartment was stocked with everything you can think of for your stay. A grocery market and bank are just up the road - walking distance easy. Many many thanks to the host, Roberto, as I will be back in the near future to this exact apartment!!

Jun 22,2023We had a wonderful experience staying at this comfortable and well equipped cottage located in our host’s backyard. It was quiet, peaceful, with lovely views from the loft bedroom. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful, and had stocked the cottage generously with essential supplies. The village of Painswick is delightful with many varied walks in and around the village and surrounding countryside.

Jun 21,2023There isn't enough quality assurance of the customer journey between Plum Guide and their partners. Plum Guide should enforce a more thorough qualification process as my recent stay experience in London was quite a struggle and resulted in a very underwhelming experience.

Jun 21,2023We booked a property 7 months in advance and the host cancelled at the last minute. The only suitable properties for our family of 6 were very expensive. Plum Guide staff were sympathetic initially but it became harder and harder to get a hold of anyone in customer service. After 2 weeks we had to just ask for a refund and try to find a place on our own. The Plum Guide Promise of 20% is useless when all the available properties are $1k per night. Plum needs to assist their customers and provide more than that. This large company makes a lot of money on these high end bookings- when something goes awry the customers shouldn’t be penalized. I will never ever book with them and I will be sharing my experience. Only book with Airbnb and VRBO.

Jun 20,2023I would give zero stars if I could. Two bookings in Edinburgh canceled at the last minute. And we’re stuck finding accommodations 2 days before our departure for a family wedding. With no assistance from Plum Guide. After the first cancellation we received a future credit as compensation. Unfortunately due to a glitch in the PG reservation system, our 2nd rental was double booked. So the credit is useless and we were left out in the cold. Very disappointing to say the least. At this point, we’ll look for every opportunity to dissuade travelers from using Plum Guide.

Jun 19,2023The home we stayed in was advertised as upmarket apartment which is what Plum Guide specialises in. From the beginning there were issues with the property that the local host promised to solve but never did. There was meant to be a coffee machine but it was missing. We were promised a replacement which never turned up. T One of the showers didn't work and we booked the property specifically because it had two showers as we were six women staying together. The stove tops didn't work (induction stove) with half the pots provided and we couldn't even cook pasta as the water wouldn't boil. Then the kitchen tap began to leak really badly. We informed both the host and Plum Guide about these issues repeatedly in the course of the four days we were there. Plum Guide itself were better in responding (the host ignored us after day 1) but never actually did anything. Overall, this was not an upmarket experience at all. The place wasn't even cleaned properly. There were empty water bottles and other rubbish lying underneath the sofa when we arrived.
