Jul 01,2023Apartment listing was apparently incorrect in multiple areas that were not fixed. Example I paid $1,100 per night for an apartment that had a check in at 10 am, that really was a 3 pm checkin. I also selected on functioning washer/dryer which was also not the case (dryer will be fixed after you leave...). One shower didn't work that they never came to fix. $1,100 per night. Follow up, I did a week later get a small credit for the issues and an aplogy.

Jul 01,2023You were very good at collecting all the money straight away but when it came to problems that needed to be addressed with the apartment such as mildew, dampness, mold etc, little was done with no follow through. I would never recommend that apartment to anyone. It looks beautiful from the pictures and it was beautiful inside but there were major issues. Furthermore, the address was wrong in my arrival email so I could not find the apartment. It was very hot that day and I had a lot of luggage. When I told Chiara she said, oh ok. I circled the area for 45 minutes looking for the place. At the end I was told by the house manager that they didn't have enough time to clean before each arrival and the house is closed all winter so it gets very damp and musty.

Jul 01,2023We rented the house in Villars sur Ollon from June 3rd - June 27th. The house was well equipped for a long stay, the views were spectacular and the Inter-house group, who manage the property, were responsive in fixing some miner repair issues. We would rent through the Plum Group when coming to Europe based on our experience at this location. We would definitely recommend the property in Switzerland. Found it to be well located for being able to get to many major sites within 2 hours.

Jul 01,2023Attempting to get my property listed has been an awful experience, applied 5 months ago, no acknowledgement, 3 phone calls from me and I am told we are really busy but will get you bumped up the queue. Still nothing. Pretty shocking customer service at least for owners.

Jun 30,2023The apartment we stayed in, in the Alfama district of Lisbon was just perfect for my husband and me. It was very clean, bright and spacious and we were welcomed with a nice little gift of Portugese wine, crackers, mackerel and biscuits. This was an unexpected surprise! The place itself was great. Note it was at the top of a very big hill, so we definitely got our exercise. We were there during the celebration of St. Antonio and that night there were festivities in the streets so we found it quite noisy. The other nights were fine though. I'd highly recommend this apartment as long as you're able to climb a hill to get to the building and stairs to get to the third floor.

Jun 28,2023I stayed at Portrait of Reflections. Host was amazing. Location amazing and the home was just wonderful. We loved the atmosphere and could really relax there after being out and about all day. Our host gave great info on restaurants (we ate at several of them and they were excellent), and markets nearby. We were able to walk to everything we needed and the metro access was so convenient. Such a beautiful place to have spent our week in Paris. Again the host was wonderful and I thank her for sharing her home

Wonderful views and total seclusion but very close to a number of other lovely locations and attractions. Our host, Penny couldn't have been more helpful. What more could we want?

Jul 05,2023This is a lovely villa with great sea views, total privacy and a fabulous location on Paxos near to a beautiful beach with great facilites. All fixtures were high quality and the comunal spaces are large and welcoming. Highly recommended.
