I received a posted brochure of HP inkjet printers straight afterwards. Useful, but I'd like to compare tank printers from different manufacturers.

What really impressed me though, was the email that I received from Printerbase that pointed out some of the limitations of the printer e.g. no hardwired network connection and to check that I was happy with this before confirming the order. Great!

Receive the odd phone call from Printerbase asking if we need any supplies, but never any pushing sales. Always been happy with the friendly and helpful service from them and find them to be competitively priced with good offers on frequently.
