Communication was excellent with staff contacting me to confirm specification of item ordered as well as update on delivery time. Delivery was also very swift. All in all an excellent service and one that I would happily use again and recommend to others.

Nov 17,2021When my printer died, I needed a replacement in a hurry. I did a search on the internet based on price for an identical replacement. Printerbase had the best price and offered next day delivery I placed an order and later that day I received an email pointing out the limitations of the printer I had chosen. However, I did not read it until late at night, And I feared that failing to reply would affect the delivery date. NOT so! I had the printer up and running within 24 hours of placing the order. Couldn't be a better service. Continual communication to let me know how the order was progressing.

Nov 12,2021Very, very good service. The staff checked by email that I was fully aware of the specs of the printer I had ordered online. This in no way hindered the speedy next day delivery. I had my new printer up and running within 24 hours of my old printer deciding it had had enough! I really recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Nov 10,2021Helpful. I received a phone call before delivety to confirm that we were getting the right printer for our needs. As the laptop we are using was too new to have a CD drive we had to download a driver, which was "kidnapped" by a US company who wanted $9.99 per month. A phone cal to Printerbasde and a very helpful person emailed the correct link
