Jan 18,2022I rang Printerbase and was quoted for a Xerox 5000 page black replacement cartridge. Not an original product, but still works and does give a non standard cartridge message. Considerable saving on the Xerox price.

Shipped same day received the next. Good communication throughout and good prices. Would recommend and use again.

In fact I ordered a second printer. Lisa was very helpful when discussing the purchase of the second print. I also received an email prior to shipping checking that the printer I had ordered met my needs. I am delighted with the printer and the level of service I received. Also printer was a great price.

They had very good reviews and I placed an order, I received an email asking me to contact them and the very helpful staff were just checking that I had made the right decision for my needs and offered advice . My printer arrived next day , I must add that their prices are very competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Jan 18,2022This printer arrived in perfect condition, despite the one bottom corner of the cardboard box was slightly damaged. Inside it was perfect. OKI pack extremely well. It was delivered very promptly at an excellent price and I am delighted with the service and the printer. I would order again from Printerbase without hesitation.
