I used the template to design a simple envelope with return address on the "front" and a color on the flap with the client's logo reversed. I requested a proof and the job was stuck in pre-press because I DON'T KNOW WHY. Apparently the color flood on the flap was too high, but nobody could tell me by how much, or look at it with a template to tell me which line I was misreading. I uploaded new artwork and didn't receive a proof. Now I'm waiting to see if the finished product is correct. There needs to be a standard proofing process and PRECISE INSTRUCTIONS as to what pre-press thinks might be wrong with the piece. I work with two other online printers and a six local printers. The proofing process is crucial and the process is standard with each one. I haven't seen the final piece, which is being shipped directly to my client who is across the state from me. Maybe the envelopes will be fantastic, maybe not. I'm operating from a position of uncertainty. My relationship with Printi is on-the-line.
Fast responses from customer service, but the process of bringing my design from ordering to production is a pain.
I found a family cookbook in my late mom's kitchen and wished to produce a couple of copies for my children as a memento from her to them. I submitted a PDF copy of the book to Printi, fully expecting that the copies wouldn't be as good as my original. Boy, was I wrong!! The copies Printi produced were SUPERIOR to my original. Printi's work was outstanding; their turnaround time equally so; and their pricing more than reasonable. Printi made it possible for me to provide an absolutely beautiful book of memories from my mom to my children. How does one put a price on this? I'm only sorry that I am limited to a 5-star rating; I'd rate them 10+ stars if I could. I highly recommend Printi and so appreciate their involvement in producing something very special for my family. My wish for them is continued and long-term success!
The order came in sooner than expected, and the prints were perfect. Have already recommended them to others.
Absolute worst decision using them to print flyers. Customer service was unresponsive, they delayed our printing and were unhelpful in fixing the issues. Then, our product came water damaged and completely unusable. We were promised a response from customer service and replacement flyers and got NEITHER. Do not print with them.

I ordered a tote bag with the golf logo on it. It was relatively simple to order and pay for. It came faster than I expected and the color, size and material is what I expected. I would order from this vendor again.

The quality of the product is amazing! Customer support is unfortunately very slow. I uploaded my file and it had less pages than the option listed. It took two weeks to resolve because there would be 2-3 business days between support replies. Don't use this service if you need something this month, otherwise great product!

My first order of brochures was completely misprinted. I emailed customer service and received a quick reply and help. My next order was much better, it had a minor error but it was still usable for our needs. I’m mostky upset at the wasted paper from the first order. They offered me a complete refund or free reprint, so the stars are for customer service but I’m not sure if use them again bc of all the errors with what was actually printed.
My company provides customer experience solutions to various companies worldwide (ironically enough, the booklets we ordered were informative distribution materials for companies to improve their customer experience) and Printi, while professional with their branding and products, seems to be lacking the customer support they need to produce their orders efficiently. While I was impressed with the end result, unfortunately our order wasn't correct. In terms of tact, our booklets came professionally produced and packaged but the lack of customer support follow up is what led to any issues regarding my order. To start, the file upload process could be more informative. After uploading, the site only shows a couple of preview pages and because Printi has a couple of slight differences in the way they want their files uploaded, it's unclear from the online preview whether it was uploaded properly. Because of this, we requested that someone call/email to verify it was done correctly but unfortunately that never happened. We did however receive an email later that the order had been flagged for fonts but was pushed through to production after review from a Printi team member-- this was the extent of the conversation so we assumed that the rest of our concerns were reviewed and the order was submitted properly. Once printed, we received an email that the order had been shipped but "the design files haven't been uploaded". Clearly, this was a technical email formatting glitch (because you couldn't print or ship without design files and a customer service rep verified the files existed) but we sent another email just to be sure everything was okay, and still no response. The order arrived three days earlier than expected during a holiday week and was plastic wrapped and transported carefully, which would have been perfect if the booklet had been printed as it was designed and uploaded. Unfortunately, the booklets have both images and text and while the text color was rich black as designed, the blacks of our grayscale images came incredibly washed out making the booklet look faded or old. There was also a page designed and uploaded in full color that was printed black and white. We followed up with example photos and side by side examples of their booklet next to a booklet we printed with a standard office printer showing the color discrepancies and are still waiting to hear back from customer service for a resolution. Overall, I think this company could benefit by updating their customer service model. We specifically requested direct contact via email or phone at three different points in this order process and while we did receive an email from customer support about a potential unrelated issue, none of our specific concerns/questions were answered. Furthermore, these problems could have easily been resolved if there'd been an opportunity to discuss as requested. My advice, be extra thorough when ordering and ensure that you're able to speak with someone during the ordering process.
Just great! I would definitely recommend Printi. This was the first time I ever did a perfect bound booklet and it was easy to follow directions. My booklet turned out "perfect".

Jul 14,2018My banner arrived yesterday and it looks so GREAT! I love how the designer completed my vision exactly as I had imagined. The quality is great too. The vinyl is not flimsy but instead is made of a very heavy gauge vinyl. The stand looks like it will be super sturdy too. Thanks again!
