Jun 18,2018Purchased a few items almost 3 weeks ago now. Canceled them a few days later bc I received conflicting information regarding files that were used. Received correspondence that files were successfully uploaded, then there was an issue, & then it was successful again. It wasn't successful the resolution was too low, but I used the template from the site & they didn't have any other specs listed on the website. I called a few times, but no answer. It was too late for me to correct the issue, at that point, and still receive the items on time. Order still has not been canceled. Still waiting for my refund. Had to reach out to customer service via email bc no one is ever available by phone. They claimed to have stopped the order, but it still shows in progress. I definitely won't be a returning customer. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a printing company.

Jun 17,2018I found the process of submitting a project user-friendly--I am printing a magazine of my students' articles on current political issues (I teach American Government). However, it was supposed to be delivered on June 7, but as of June 16 I still don't have it. The chat experience left me wanting more than "operators are busy " but they did send a follow up email. Until I receive the actual product, I cannot give more than 2 stars. There are only 2 days of school left which means if I don't get it by then, my current students will have to wait until next school year foe them to see their final article.

I hate to express what a tremendous value it is, since this seems an encouragement for Printi to raise their prices, but it is remarkable how inexpensive a first class banner can be. I highly recommend Printi for your banners. They make banners affordable.

Both products were beyond my expectations and were delivered ahead of schedule. Printi's advice and customer service via telephone and chat is excellent and helped me make changes so I would receive a high quality product at a reasonable cost. I recommend their services.

Jun 12,2018Support seemed like they didn't know as much about photo editing software as I did, but they were quick to respond and were able to come to a solution for my problem after a little coaxing. Website was easy to navigate, despite there being some outdated information in the template. Shipping was timely. No major printing errors. Few very minor printing errors: small white specks on the covers, which are more noticeable in dark areas. I expect to use this service again.
