The finished product looks fantastic, even though I have an excellent printer at home, it doesn't even come close to the quality of these that I received from Printi. And it arrived right on the date it promised me when I purchased it! Good job guys！ I just placed another order for the same portfolio but in a different language. Looking forward to it!!!!!!

May 30,2018I used thei service last year and was very pleased with quality and pric. This year the price doubled and the quality suffered. The cover of the booklets had little streaks/specks of red and what where the background should have be royal blue and gold. The inside pages were great, but the cover was disappointing.

May 30,2018First of all great service - I sent like 3 emails which were all responded to very quickly, all related to the shipping of my order. The shipments all arrived perfectly on time and overall the quality is great. I had one slight misprint and I think maybe the toner was running low on one batch of items, but it was a very small problem considering I had ordered 3 booklets with 125 copies total. Would order from again.

May 26,2018I highly recommend Printi. I was very skeptical of ordering 680 yearbooks online, with no physical proofing system. The online tech help is very responsive and the quality of printing is excellent. The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that my order was a couple of days late. I had emailed the day before they were expected to make sure they had been shipped only to find out they had not even been printed. But through the magic and hard work of the staff, there were printed and delivered a day and a half later and were able to get the books out in time. I will definitely use Printi again .

May 25,2018The print job was of excellent quality. The prepress team reviewed my files, found faults, reported them and the job was kept on track for delivery at the initial date. It seems unreal to have our 72 page booklet in hands looking exactly as we intended it to look.

May 25,2018Wow.!!! Amazing Banner and Fantastic Customer Service. I am so pleased with the banners that Printi printed for me. They have really won me over with their product quality and especially their customer service staff (Tyler). I placed an order for two banners and have already come back to order two more banners. I love the fact that the designers are so helpful and the staff is so courteous. Tyler and Michael are always ready to help with any questions or issues. Tyler did an outstanding job of addressing all my concerns and always communicated with me via Chat, email or phone very quickly. I have become a big fan of Printi's work and will definitely recommend it to all my friends and co workers. They are worthy of the five star review that I am giving them.

You would be pleased to know that the response times are MUCH faster than those of competing companies, and prices are half of those charged elsewhere. Highly recommended! May 23,2018There were several costly and time-consuming errors on the products we actually did receive, despite email confirmations that everything was correct. Then, there were several products we were told went to production and received shipping notices for -- only to realize that they had never been processed or sent to print and could not be delivered in time for our 6,000 person event. Mistakes happen, but this was above and beyond. Very disappointed with the switch from pixart to printi.
