May 09,2018I wanted a single copy of a booklet made. It's hard to find a company that will print one copy because most want bulk orders. Despite my small order their customer service treated it with care and helped me fix errors. Most of the errors could have been prevented however if they made instructions available on their website.

May 08,2018After receiving the wrong order by mistake and calling to have the correct order shipped everything seemed back in order. However, I had to call again a week later due to not receiving any notification of the new print. After calling again and explaining that I missed a deadline due to the almost tripled wait time. The customer service was pleasant, and I was pleased with the outcome of my second call. However, the product I received is horribly printed and looks as if it was printed quickly, and without any sort of printer calibration, all the prints were super dark and overly saturated. Which is not the quality of the print that I incorrectly received that had bright crisp and correctly colored photos. I'm not sure if its due to the issues I had and they were just trying to get it out quickly or if the subject matter of my print wasn't respected. I would call again, but at this point, I'm ready for this to be over.

May 03,2018Loved the end product! Customer service was very nice and helped me with everything I needed. However, there were two errors that the production team sent me that were incorrect. They thought my page numbers were in the wrong place when they were not and thought my cover was the wrong size because they messed up the width vs. height. Everything was resolved and my product was delivered on time. I would just take a closer look at each product before emailing with issues.
