It would've been nice to have more clear instructions on the ordering process (you upload the doc after payment, don't need crop marks, etc.)

May 17,2018The preflighting process could use some improvement. Each issue with the file will cause a delay in the production process. I'm not sure why all issues couldn't be documented at once. My second issue was with the website. Checking on the status of your order was not intuitive. This surprised me because the ordering process was very streamlined.

May 15,2018Difficult website for non-standard sizes. Personnel seem inexperienced. Regular incorrect automatic responses were sent. There is a total lack of coordination between design, printing, shipping. We received the shipment 4 days after the needed deadline, after it was promised to be on time just a couple of days before. I will not use this company again and would never recommend this company to anyone.

We even had additional people register for our event after I had sent our work to Printi; I contacted them to see about adding extra copies and they obliged without issue. The customer support team was very timely and courteous. Thank you!

Got the package before the arrival date and I was in awe with the end product. My family constantly commented on how professional and sophisticated it looked. Price was also cheapest anywhere!
