Apr 30,2018I had to cancel the order because the service cannot be fulfilled on time. The service people was helping me unwillingly, and had no idea what they were saying. When there was problems with my order, I was only informed after they close in the afternoon, and I was not able to contact them until the next day. I tried to resolve the issues I had they next, and they told me it should be good to go. And then at 7pm that day, I received another email saying there is something else wrong with the order. The service here is so slow and confusing, and I will never use the service again.

Apr 23,2018If I could rate 0 stars I would. Printi used to be Pixart Printing. I never received a single thing from them on time. My international colleagues also had the same issue. I ordered something for Canada through the international site and it was 2 weeks late, and half the boxes were smashed and ripped open. My most recent order was a simple poster that was 3 days past the expected arrival date, which means it took 2 weeks to get a single poster printed. Don't use this company, go elsewhere - the price is attractive but the frustrations are not worth it.
