Apr 20,2018Very easy, straightforward ordering process. The pages for my saddle-stitched booklets lined up perfectly as arranged in my Indesign PDF. The bleeds are exactly as you positioned them and the colors are so vibrant on glossy paper! Shipment also arrived 3 days earlier than the forecast delivery. Only error is at the top of the cover, seems to be a mirror of the cover image. About 2mm of that mirror was left behind at the top and does not match the cover setup. Edit: Also customer service replied almost immediately when I had a question! Thank you!
