Mar 27,2018I ordered an aluminum sign and one on acrylic. Both turned out well. My recommendation for an acrylic sign is to print it in reverse on the back so the image won't be scratched. The items showed up on time with a scratch on the acrylic sign from a puncture in the box. If the price is right for you, the product is fine.

Mar 20,2018Poor experience. Incomplete and inaccurate product information displayed on site. No follow-up on the first interaction. Second contact made to retrieve production information ended smuggly with, "submit a list of the information you are looking for". Still have not received a "support" response on delivery discrepancy that was reported pre-order (third interaction), assured the earliest date would be actual if selected, but when later checking on the order status, the later date was shown. No follow up on that interaction either (fourth). Rebranding from Pixartprinting to Printi came with increased pricing. We are fine with the rationale but service levels should be commensurate. The sad thing is the persistence makes the entire company an unreliable vendor.

Mar 18,2018Website was easy to use, production time was a bit long (7 days, compared to 3 for most online business card sources), but shipping was quick. Received cards four days ahead of estimated delivery date. Price was great. Product isn't bad, color is good. Cards aren't all cut consistently, but I only ordered 250 and received more like 400. So no complaints with that!
