Mar 16,2018I was hesitant to go with Printi because I've never used an online printing service before; however, I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived. The quality exceeded my expectations and the turn-around time was faster than expected! I would definitely use Printi again.

Mar 15,2018Really bad quality. I requested for a thick card-stock quality and ended up basically getting what looked like recycled cardboard. Not to mention the print job was really pixilated and not crisp at all so the words looked like I printed off a website at a low resolution. I don't think they do digital printing and didn't allow me to submit a TIFF file which probably would have helped avoid this problem by having a transparent background. It was $37 for 100 invitations so you get what you pay for but that was a waste of $37.

Had paid the extra amount in order to get it done in 6 business days (with 10 days to spare) and when it got down to 5 business days and I hadn't heard from anyone, I cancelled and went with someone else. Disappointed as I had heard good things about Printi and was all set to be wow'ed by them.

Mar 09,2018I don't even know where to begin. For the past six months I have been in the process of creating a full color picture book of church signs to sell to raise money for my mobile ministry. I searched high and wide to find the right company. I came across Printi and decided to go with the 8x8 (they are the only company I could find that offered this size and I love it) perfect bound book with 100# Glossy interior pages and the recycled paper for the cover. First of all, customer service was top of the line. My boy Tyler was there for me every step of the way. He would reply to all my emails (and there were a lot of them) within less then an hour and often within minutes. I am a tech illiterate person so the fact that the instructions were clear enough for me says a lot. I ordered one book just to see what it would like in print. I doubted that it could be good quality because Printi's price was 1/2 that of the other companies I had found. When I got my first book I was overwhelmed. The colors were bright and vibrant and everything was perfectly as it should be. I had to make some lighting adjustments on a few of the pictures but that was on my end not Printi's. My order arrived two days earlier then expected. I feel like there's so much more to be said about this company. I just placed an order for 2500 more of these amazing books and will definitely leave another review when I receive them. There's no doubt in my mind though that they will be amazing. Mar 08,2018I dealt with Tyler and Mike in Boston office. They were both very professional. Our shipment was delayed due to a storm and they managed to get it to us little sooner so the delay wouldn't be as bad...I would highly recommend then for all your printing needs.

Mar 16,2018I really want to give you five stars, because the FIRST order I had with you was impeccable. However, this last one was packaged so poorly - with one thin rubber band holding two sets of 100 large pieces of card stock, and some crumpled paper barely shoved on top. The box had clearly been thrown around and was smashed in on one corner, damaging the cards. If each bundle had been properly wrapped and cushioned all around (or simply shipped in a smaller box), this would not have happened. Your printing is great, please take more care with your shipping! I am unable to use all of the pieces that I paid for because of this.
