Nov 21,2018The service was very easy to use thanks to the PDF they provided on how to set up the document. Printi was one of the very few sites I found that could do a custom comic book size. The overall quality of my books was very nice, I couldn't even tell which one was the proof out of my batch. I will say a weird, light line appeared across the covers and each of the pages, but that may have been something in my file as opposed to the printers. It also came much sooner than I expected, I ordered it on a Monday and it was estimated to get here Wednesday of the next week, but it came the Friday before.

Nov 08,2018We love our brochures and couldn’t be happier with the end result! Like most, we spent a lot of time comparing pricing and lead times when we looked at companies to print our newest brochure. At first, the pricing seemed almost too good to be true. We were assigned a great point person who helped us each step of the way (the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, do not hesitate to ask them for help, you won’t be disappointed). Unfortunately, our initial order had an error that we missed on our end and we ended up needing to place a second order. Working closely with the Printi team we were able to quickly pick up where we left off, made the correction and then had them printed and shipped to us with time to spare. The final result is fantastic and we can’t wait to place more orders with Printi!

Nov 07,2018Ordered a "step and repeat" banner and it was not done in a step and repeat pattern When I contact customer service I was told that if that was what I wanted then I should have used their custom design center. Having never ordered one of these before one would think it you submit the image then it would be printed in the pattern/style you are ordering not just one BIG picture of logo. Customer service was not very friendly and did not offer any sort of compensation to a unhappy first time customer. Suggestion to company you might want to provide the customer with additional information and explain things better through the ordering process. UPDATE: upon seeing the response from Printi to contact them I did follow up and unfortunately the only thing they could offer me was a 15% discount towards the purchase of another banner done the correct way. THE CSR did agree it was not clear when ordering that if you do not submit your file in a step and repeat pattern then your were not going to receive a step and repeat banner. Unfortunately we are a small non-profit for a pediatric disorder and do not have money in our budget that would permit us to order another banner. So therefore I guess we just have to be unhappy with the one we have. Very disappointing.

However, the price is based on arrival date, and my products arrived after the proposed delivery date. I understand this can happen from time to time, but when it does I hope for some understanding from the company - nonetheless the price was not ajusted for the 3 day late delivery date nor was any future discount or other remidiary measure offered because, according to printi the delivery date “was only a projection, and not guaranteed”

Funny thing is, two weeks ago, there was a phone number and that is why I gave you a try. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT RETURN EMAILS, DO NOT RETURN CHAT QUESTIONS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
