Oct 24,2018Although the customer service rep was nice, I'm unhappy with my overall experience. I order 350 saddle stitch books. I did not order a hard proof, assuming that I would get a digital proof, which I believe is pretty standard. I didn't get a digital proof and was told that the production team manually reviews each book and makes sure it is correct before printing the book. I felt confident that if the production team approved the printing and manually reviewed the book, that it had no errors. This was a mistake and my book had a misprint due to images not lining up correctly. I was told that my pages didn't match up, however, I checked the file both before and after the printing and it lined up correctly. I also used the same exact file with another printer after the fact, and the images lined up correctly. Further proving that the error was on printi's side. I asked for a full refund which I didn't receive, only 12% refund. As a small business owner this was a huge blow to my funds and cost me hundreds of dollars.

Oct 23,2018Can not rate higher than this. Bad experience. Ordered banner. I was Asked 4 times to resize the file I sent yet they have people to help resize and correct files for you and finally at 600 dpi and two days later of me sending files to them they told me it was good to go. Received banner on a Friday HORRIBLY PIXELATED had to wait until Monday to talk to someone because they are closed on the weekend. Showed them what I received and their reply was you approved the art, which was not pixelated in the file they showed. It’s distorted and I’m really upset. Customer service says d we can’t get it to you in time but here’s half your money back and we pulled strings to get you the half back this is a one time deal. Like they are doing me a favor. I WILL NOT GIVE THEM ANY FUTURE BUSINESS NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM. Update as of 8:23 pm I have not received any contact from anyone from Printi to correct anything.

Oct 23,2018The products themselves are great. Fantastic quality. Above average customer service that I must thank again and again for such wonderful help. However, something happens along the line between print and ship. Every product I receive at my door is slightly damaged. My postcards are chipped on edges and corners. My banner is frayed on the edges, after I unrolled it with utmost care. Even so, this company is still lightyears beyond almost any other printing service.

Oct 22,2018Unable to upload design, for a simple business card, asked support for help. Debra S from customer service was just stalling me telling me same things, in the end when I given her screen to screen capture of how the upload page looks like, asking for where the upload button is, she stopped communicating. Poor customer service, any other company for print, would be fine by just taking my files via email, if they saw I was struggling. I guess they do not need new business. Stay away.

I was hesitant as i needed the prints for an important project with a strict deadline and the Printi quote was several hundred dollars under the competition. I did experience some difficulties - the expected delivery date adjusted itself after purchase! (i made the purchase mid-day, likely affecting the projection) and the upload process was a little confusing. Customer service did their best to be helpful...and in the end it made it on time and was absolutely gorgeous!!! The quality was MUCH better than previous similar print jobs that i had paid considerably more for! Absolutely thrilled with this company and will make this my go-to for all future print orders. Thank you Printi you saved my butt!!!

Oct 16,2018CS and the printing of my manual was excellent and if I stopped right there Printi would receive 5 stars. I ordered spiral binding, i supplied them a copy of my manual so that we would be on the same page.I had expected the spiral binding to be like a coil, but low and behold they gave me wire comb type binding. Plus, the wire binding is too small for the number of pages which made turning the pages difficult. In addition, the hole punches stuck together so you have to gently separate each page. Right now, I don't know what I'm going to do, but I can't send these out to my customers in their current state..

Oct 24,2018We use Printi for printing the paper version of our archival-quality medical ethics journal. Our readers tell us the finished product is truly beautiful. All colors and gradients are rendered accurately, the text is crisp even for fine fonts at 6 pt., and the 80 lb. silk full-color pages feel luxurious, easily outclassing most high-end magazines. The 120 lb. silk laminated perfect bound cover is more substantial than most paperback books. The overall quality is excellent. Printi has been able to produce our product on short order and deliver it to conferences at remote addresses on schedule and at a competitive price. The staff is helpful and easy to work with.
