While shipping times are as fast, their packaging methods could be improved: boxes almost always arrive heavily worn and broken on the edges. Every time I receive a shipment I'm surprised the contents didn't get damaged during shipping.

Feb 07,2018I've put in two orders of wire bound booklets. They were beautiful, consistent, and high quality. I love the variety of paperstocks and coatings to choose from. Shipping was quick and was delivered at the time they said it would be. I will definitely be ordering from here again. The price can't be beat. Even though I would love to support someone local, there is no competition here, especially because I am doing short run projects.

Feb 07,2018I placed a very small order and was never notified of the status. From the time it was submitted into processing, it kept saying in progress. I had to reach out to your company to get an update. The same day it said to deliver it was saying still in progress. The company rep informed me it was already delivered. I am not feeling comfortable with placing my orders as I did before. I was never notified and it was not shipped to the address I selected in the system. My order was sent to the default address rather than the one I selected. I have enjoyed ordering through your pixart printing and was hoping your new website would be accommodating as before. I was told this would be resolved soon. I hope so because I do want to continue placing orders with your company. I want to feel confident in my orders from upload to shipping with your new company.

Feb 07,2018I paid for an order that I should have gotten in a week. 2 weeks later I call and Mike says he emailed me that there was an issue with CMYK. I NEVER received that email and no follow up. I approved the change and 3 weeks from ordering (at the higher rate) I received the magazine. The quality was awful. Your "production" printed an extra page and there was a graphic missing from the back page. I checked the files and they were correct. I called Mike and he finally emailed me back that it was a production error. They would reprint. I received the 2nd proof 2 days ago. pages were correct, but the graphic still missing from back cover. Cover wait wrinkles within 3 or 4 openings. I could never use this. I will not recommend Printi. I used Pixartprinting many times before with no problems. But you have them now.

Feb 07,2018Excellent customer service! Andy called me when he had concerns/questions about files and I requested our shipment be split in to two. Unfortunately, the shipping label was not complete on the second shipment to San Antonio for our conference and when I got there the boxes were on the dock to be shipped back to sender. Luckily we caught them but not without much frustration and panic. Most every box we received was about to fall apart or had fallen apart and taped back together to complete shipping. The boxes were not heavy enough - luckily we have not found any damaged catalogs, yet. I sent pictures to Mike on 1/29. The turnaround time and pricing is very impressive! I come from a printing background so understand how jobs are processed. Thank you!

Feb 07,2018Only problem was the lack of ability to track shipping, which was coming by freight. But your customer service dept. did everything they could and were very courteous and thoughtful. And the shipment made it in time.

Feb 07,2018I have made several orders with what was first Pixart Printing and now Printi and both companies gave me a good quality product, but shipping almost always came later than estimated. Some jobs arrived several days late and one was delivered to an incorrect address, however, customer service has always gotten back to me and helped the best they could. Prices are nicely reasonable..

Feb 07,2018Came to Printi through using Pixartprint who were flawless. Unfortunately Printi do not match up to them one bit. First order I made duplicated and took two payments from my credit card and when I looked at the orders it was being delivered to my address not the one I entered, I used the chat function on their website and was told it was corrected as I instructed. I never got any confirmation of this and my account didn't show any change. After many chat sessions and emails I was left confused as to what was happening. I never received any update as to the progress of the order until I contacted Printi again who eventually gave me a tracking number, my customer got the order a week late. I never revived a refund for the duplicated order that was canceled and my account still shows these jobs ongoing. No follow up on orders which will leave you in the dark as to what is happening. I don't know what the finial job was like as I spent most of my time apologizing to my customer about the incompetence of not knowing when or where their printing was.
