Very helpful staff, great price, on-time delivery, good quality product. We printed a perfect-bound book. I will definitely use them again. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the text on the spine was not perfectly centered when we got the printed book back. Though we were responsible for the cover art, I had thought they would have caught that in their pre-print review so we could correct it.

since you changed from pixartprinting a bunch of features don't work. your upload feature doesn't work. tracking and identifying orders is way too difficult. prices went up a lot! you changed for the worse.

I had the worst experience working with this company. Customer service is impossible. I think it’s only one customer service person for the whole company because I could only ever reach a man named Mark on occasion. The orders I did receive were okay quality. One order had the last page printed upside down.one order was supposed to arrive & when I called two days later Mark said it hadn’t gone into production because they didn’t know how I wanted it printed...... but no one asked me AND I had left specific instructions when I placed the order. This company is honestly just ridiculous.

Ordered 5 different signs with one missing, and one printed twice. Accidents happen, so that's fine, and they replaced it. My bigger issue is with the ridiculous roll out of this company after buying Pixart. Print promoted this as a positive for Pixart's customers with same great prices, etc. Truth is, they are in many cases three times more expensive, they don't have even have a 1/3 of the options, and quite frankly, the new website is horrible. I'm dumbfounded on how a company can purchase another company and then make it so bad. Sadly Printi is no longer much of a viable option for us to purchase and resale their products. I miss Pixart so much.

When an order is placed as a client to expect to see details of progress. When I place 10 orders I have to follow up with telephone calls to find out the status of my orders and that is very bad. When the order is shipped I don't see any details on my account. Always have to call to know what's going on with my orders.

Product quality is fine. The issues are with customer service. Before Pixartprinting switched/rebranded to Printi in January of 2018, a preview of the new website was shown in December 2017 on the Pixartprinting blog. Several customers, including myself, noticed that many of the prices for existing products had doubled and left comments asking about this. The response from the Director of Marketing was that the prices should be the same and that a difference in price could be due to a bug. She also asked if we would contact customer service to report what we were seeing. I can't speak for anyone else, but after contacting customer service, I was never given a direct, firm response about what the prices would be in January, although the impression given was that prices would remain the same. However, on January 1, the new, doubled prices were in fact the ones that were in effect. Did the director of marketing really not know what the new price list was going to be? Or did she or someone else at Printi think that not being upfront about the price increase was a smart move? Was this Printi deliberately being dishonest and stringing us along, or simply poor communication due to incompetence? I don't know -- but is one really any better than the other? To be clear, the poor review is not due to the increased prices, but because of Printi's poor *handling* of it. While I don't like the higher prices, I understand that it's their prerogative to charge what they will, and I accept that. What I don't accept is having my time wasted trying to track down answers to what should be simple questions, only to be given incorrect, misleading information. TL,DR: It's really poor service to not be open about pricing with your customers, and to have them waste their time tracking to track down information because you're either too incompetent to make sure it gets communicated accurately or deliberately trying to hide it.

Thank you very much. My book (Birds's Wisdom and Rabbit's Wit - numyum.com ) came out lovely. It is selling in a bookstore now. I plan to place a few more short runs while I tweak the content, before placing a much bigger order. ALSO. Really appreciate your support. They are extremely helpful. One request, be really nice if you had an automatic cover size calculator, or at least a formula I can use. Ok. One more request, some extra options would be nice. I would like to add flaps to the cover - french flaps. Not sure if you provide extras. Looking forward to using you again and again. Thanks again for making the book come together. Best.

Printi dropped my book from the print production schedule, and did not tell me. There was no custom picture book for the retirement party of a 31 year veteran. Printi refunded my money but never provided an explanation, as promised. I could not be more disappointed. – Senior Creative Director

New interface is kinda buggy. Production team seems a bit less responsive than prior printi services. But print quality and timeliness is still great. Just not a fan of the new site structure.
