Feb 07,2018Never got my banner, after a week I called to get my tracking number and I was told that the banner wasn’t even done yet and would had not get it on time for my event because they had a problem. Had to cancel my order and do my event without banner.

Feb 07,2018Quality, pricing, and turnaround are excellent. Saddle-stitched magazine pages were offset by a bit--our graphic designer noticed as text/images were pushed to the right--but did not affect the overall quality of the final product.

Feb 07,2018Before switching to Printi from Pixart Printing the quality was amazing, now that the switch has happened I have had 2 orders completely wrong and the quality horrible. While I appreciate their quick attention to fix and reprint at no charge, it has put us behind on production in our own company and delivering to clients over and over again.

Feb 07,2018They are completely knowledgeable and reliable. I am been in the printing business for 35 years and seen many changes in the industry. I am so happy to be working with Mike and Mark, I am a perfectionist and they address all my concerns right away (there are many) my projects come out perfect and on time. We just completed an English-French Dictionary for Old Spice, it had to been done and shipped in 4 days, an impossible task, however, of course they pulled it off. By producing this project on time, I have won many more jobs from the Old Spice account. Could not ask for better service, they are interested in helping my business grow. Refreshing in a world of customer "NO" service. Thanks!

Feb 06,2018The service was fast and the product was good. I also received email responses to my questions quickly. The only minor comment is that the boxes that the booklets were sent in easily split along the corner edges. There was no damage to the booklets but you might want to upgrade your shipping box quality.

Feb 06,2018The color has been off in their printed products, the crop marks aren't followed and the overall quality cannot be trusted. When I first started using PixArt Printing, now Printi, they were such a good company. The product could be trusted in matching the file you sent and now it cannot.

Feb 06,2018When they were PixArtPrinting, they were great. But the Printi website needs a lot of work. We needed to reprint an order we had placed with no problems on pixart only to have no end of issues on printi. Their buttons didn't work, e.g. the button to click for alternate upload method just brought you back to the previous page; our file wouldn't upload because the file was too large, although there was no issue uploading that same file with pixart. Thankfully customer service is responsive and helpful but it was WAY too much hassle trying to the order into printing. If their print quality is the same as pixart which was fabulous and they can get their technical issues resolved, they will be much better.

Jan 30,2018I found this company online while shopping for a sign for a school event. Printi was by far the cheapest and had free shipping in time for the date I needed it by, so I ordered it. I got an email this morning (Monday) saying the sign had just shipped and I freaked out a little bit because I needed it by tomorrow (Tuesday), but lo and behold it showed up this afternoon! A full day before its estimated arrival date! AND IT'S GORGEOUS! The material and printing is very high-quality. We used a dark background with some even darker details that were having a hard time showing up using other printers (the whole thing would just turn out one giant blob of black) but our Printi sign clearly shows the contrast. It's beautiful and I'm incredibly impressed. Cheap cheap CHEAP prices, amazing quality, and incredibly fast shipping. What more could you want? If you need anything printed, use Printi!

Jan 23,2018I did not have a good experience with Pixartprinting (now Printi). It seems like they only have one or two people working in their customer service department. I reached out for assistance multiple times and it would often take 24-48 hours for someone to respond. They also wouldn't provide me with any type of receipt or invoice. They kept sending me the "Order confirmation" which listed the wrong prices and quantities. I assume the customer service was so poor because the company is trying to keep the cost of their products as low as possible. Fortunately, I am now working with a local company and their prices are actually lower and their customer service is amazing! I always get a response within an hour of contacting them and the order has moved to production so smoothly. When I ordered through Pixartprinting/Printi, I was never sure exactly how the final product would look. The new company I'm working with reviews everything more thoroughly (but still very quickly) and also provides proofs so I know what the final product will look like with the binding I've chosen. TLDR: You do not have to sacrifice good customer service to get products at this price. Do your research and find a better company to fulfill your printing needs!

Jan 17,2018Normally I would never give a business a one star rating, but this has to be the worst service I've ever received for book printing. Since my senior show I've had several people say that they were interested in buying my children's book so I sought this website out seeing good reviews hoping I'd get a nice quality printing experience. I was dead wrong to choose this company as I received my book completely printed wrong. Everything was blurry and pixelated, images were cut off and the paper quality felt cheap. When I received my book everything looked alright in the packaging until I opened the cover and immediately saw that they printed the back of the book on the inside page. Everything was ruined. I really needed that book printed nicely in order to help promote my art, but what I got was a disgrace. I even paid the extra fee to double check and see that the images wouldn't get cut off and the book would be done right. Didn't matter because what I got was garbage. A few other people who looked at the book also couldn't believe how badly it was produced, there was no way I could sell it. Now I'm stuck with a stack of 40 useless misprinted books. I will not be recommending this site to anyone.

Jan 15,2018Dust on the printing As the title indicates, the problem was the presence of dust on each map, like a film, make people handle hands get soiled, i don't understand why it happened but I would recommend to try to send the printing clean.
