Jan 12,2018My daughter created a blog about her study abroad. As a proud dad I decided it would make a nice book to remember her trip. This was my 1st effort printing a book and Printi was wonderful to work with. They helped me correct sizing/formatting problems with my documents, even guiding me through the calculations for the cover pages. Their finished product is very impressive and I've received a number of positive comments about it. I could not be happier with this book. I would highly recommend Printi to anyone wanting to create a project such as this.

Jan 11,2018I would actually give Printi a 4.5 stars. Printi has handled service very well. There was the huge storm on the northeast coast of America which slowed down ALL deliveries. Although my books weren't delivered on the day it said, it arrived the next day. Again, wonderfully handled service. I also frequently asked questions to Printi (as it was my first time ordering) and they would respond within the day/asap if possible. (Shout out to Andy from the Printi help center!) Now onto the books. On certain pages, the images were printed darker than I desired. However, I think that due to technological problems.. (printers have a habit of printing darker.) The main factor that I cut the .5 from getting a 5 star service is the glue stains. There was a circular glue stain in the back that bled on the last page and shows on the inside of the back cover. On the other book, there were slight glue marks on the back of the front page of the cover, as well as on the back. That being said, I would definitely order from Printi again in the future!

Jan 11,2018We ordered 4 different kinds of business cards. The order was sent to printing in less than 24 hours. Our only critique is how they were shipped. The business cards were bundled in packs and the paper used to wrap the bundles was put on too tight. This caused the first 4 or 5 cards and last 4 or 5 cards of each bundle to be damaged. The price can't be beat. I will definitely order again, (this is my 3rd order with Printi) but when I order business cards again, I'll request they aren't bundled to avoid damage.

Jan 11,2018Even though I ordered a magazine to be done over the New Year, the company changed names and websites, I uploaded the wrong cover, and the support staff was dealing with freezing weather in Boston, it all came out perfect at the end. It sometimes took a while to get support on the phone but they were very helpful. The print quality and binding is excellent!

Jan 11,2018My order fro booklets was professionally completed. The booklets were picture perfect and accurately printed. I could not be more pleased with the end result. The order was completed promptly and shipped quickly. The price to produce 30 copies of the 70 page booklet was very competitive.

Jan 11,2018Your upload file are too large, it take too long to degin arts is big file. Also cannot save to jpg or pdf file. Never had problems with other company. I reather pay little more from other companies and save time to make bigger file and headaches.

Jan 10,2018I always received notice that my files either did not comply or conform and I needed to re-upload them. No matter how I changed them, even when using Pixart/Printi specifications, they were never correct. Also my payment was processed on November 10, but neither order has ever been received. My last notice said that it would arrive about December 18th. It is now January 9th. We were highly impressed with the first booklets we ordered, but will never order from Printi again because of these issues listed above.

Jan 09,2018Wont be using this site again! What a mess.... I understand they are going through some changes based on the rebranding process. But my account wouldn't show my order for several days, I emailed, called, chatted and no one returned my calls. This was when they were pixart. I had to do a reprint on a 300 page color manual, and during the second print, I had the same issues....under printi. I am a small business and this item was very important to the future of my business. I kept calling because I needed additional manuals. Then, my manuals were damaged in transit due to the snow. When I tried to reprint the few that had been damaged by UPS, the price went from 30 to 145. I assumed that was an error so I emailed to ask what I had done wrong when ordering. The customer service rep said they had price fluctuations

Jan 09,2018I placed my first order with Pixartprinting.com on 12-28-17 (spiral bound book 270 pages at $47) and received it the following week. Loved it! Fast and beautiful! Tried to order through the new site Printi.com today 1-8-18 because my team wants this book as well (same exact book nothing has changed) and the price is now $92! Are you kidding me?? When I contacted customer support via chat and phone I was told their prices tend to fluctuate and this was the correct pricing now. Doubling your price in less than a month?! Never again shopping here. So incredibly disappointed.

Jan 08,2018After they change their website to printi from pixart, price for the banner using the exact same options as in the past has nearly doubled even though they advertised "same great price". It was FALSE advertisement! Very disappointed. I had to close my banner business temporarily to find another partnership.

Jan 06,2018Extremely unsatisfactory. Pages are trimmed completely off what they were expected. There are entire pages that did not print correctly, leaving marks in the ink in nearly every copy. Some pages are cut to the right size while others are cutting into whole graphics on every single copy. Highly disappointed with the result.
