Great for the price. Pixart (now Printi) is the cheaper alternative while still being fair quality. Great customer service, but not the best quality in printing compared to other more expensive options

I'm an extremely happy customer. Not only was my order prepared to specification; the product was delivered before due date; at a reasonable price; and great customer service. A special thanks to Mark who basically held my hand through the process as there was no room for errors as I had wasted a lot of time trying to find someone to do the job. You've got a return customer in me!

Update 1-10-17: I can't give a 4 star, as the process was frustrating and definitely had friction. However, Printi did address and resolve my issues eventually. I received my spiral bound book order today, 7 days earlier than the expected delivery date, that's a nice surprise. My refund for the previous order was credited back to my card. The quality is great, and everything printed just the way I submitted it. A good product at a very good price. I would be happy to give Printi a second try in the future, and hopefully the kinks have been ironed out. Update 1-5-18 p.m.: A customer service representative contacted me by phone, and was very pleasant. I was assured that the refund for my canceled order was being processed. I was also told that someone had emailed me, I did not receive those emails. I'm not sure why. This rep sent me copies of the messages, so I do have them for my records. My current order was placed into production after the team decided to correct issues with the file themselves. The customer service rep took the time to locate my project and go over it with me on the phone to try and assure that it will print properly. Until I get the finished product, I can't speak to quality or accuracy. Update 1-5-18 a.m.: There is now a notice on the home page that due to the weather limited customer service is available. I can accept this explanation for the lack of service in the past few days, and hope that everyone there in Boston is safe. However, it does not explain the missing refund on my canceled order from 12-15-17. I have tried and tried to reach customer service. I received an email 1-2-18 telling me that there was a problem preventing my order from going to print. Can't reach anyone via email, website message, website chat, or phone...I then receive an email 1-4-18 saying my order is in production??? Will it be correct? I don't know because I can't reach anyone. Still unable to reach anyone via any method. I have an order that I canceled prior to this on 12-15-17. I have emails from support that the refund was processed and would post to my credit card. ( at least while it was still Pixart, I was able to get a response) last response was 12/28/17...still no refund, and again cannot reach customer service and have had no replies to email inquiries... I have waited over half an hour in the online chat, only to have a rep connect, never reply and then leave the chat....I understand they are going through changes, but to have no response from customer service, when they asked me to contact them is unacceptable. Even an auto response that my messages were received would be better than nothing, and facilitate a bit of patience at least for me. I'm concerned that I will have to take up the issue with my credit card company as I cannot get any resolution on either problem with this company. I will absolutely update this review according to how things actually turn out.

No response from customer service. I had my bleed slightly off on my file & received a notice that I needed to fix it & upload the corrected file. The link in the email to upload the corrected file doesn't work. My order doesn't show on my profile, so I can't upload the file that way. Contacted customer service & they are not responding. I've already paid & am worried I will not receive my booklets in time for the trade show they were intended for.

I had some errors on my side of my print job. I talked on the phone with someone who was both helpful and patient with me in getting everything correct. My prints arrived very quickly. Very happy!

Was never contacted when my order was in process, or complete, or shipping. Was not informed that the website would change before hand so when I checked on it everything had suddenly changed. The new website LOST my order and correct contact information.( Which they later confirmed was not lost but failed to inform customers of the upcoming changes.) I was also not contacted to inform me that my order was not going to be delivered on time. This was a frustrating experience. Although the product came through, the lack of transparency was unprofessional.

I had a great experience with Printi. Their customer service was super helpful and responsive and the final product came out amazing. My items even came a week earlier than estimated. Will definitely be ordering from them again.
