Nov 15,2023We just had our belongings collected, all went fairly smoothly. We were originally told to label and number our packages, but when they arrived they have their own labelling system. Which to be fair, is accurate as they fill in and track everything electronically, just made it a little difficult to cross check with our inventory, as the inventory box numbers, as they had were different box numbers to ours. But the guys who came and collected were great, nice guys, very accommodating, had some spare boxes and bags for mattresses etc, which was useful, as we packed 99% of our own goods, but still needed an extra box and mattress bag.

First time we moved our whole household from Essex, U.K. to Gold Coast, Australia and second time is moving our sons belongs to Australia as he finished uni in U.K. and we still had the same standard of service. No matter the size of the move/shipment you still get excellent service. Thank you

Nov 02,2023Avoid at all costs - Broken items, lost items. No accountability given. Very angry. This company was entrusted to handle our items when moving from the UK to Malta. Here are the reasons I highly recommend that you don't use PPS. When picking up my piano, the movers mishandled and snapped the brass wheel off. They assured me they would fix it back at base however when the piano arrived in Malta, the wheel was sellotaped to the lid of my piano. I had a piece of vintage wooden furniture which was inadequately packed. Upon opening the packaging, the wooden legs had been completely destroyed, snapped in two and therefore un-fixable. We paid for space in the shipping container for our camping gear, i.e. 8 man tent, poles, sleeping bags, fire pit etc etc. The company lost 95% of this equipment rendering our tent completely useless as they lost the poles. We also had a box that was marked for Canada, which contained personal belongings of someone else. What makes me more aggravated about this company is yes, before they took our money they were very nice. However as soon as we paid, it was almost impossible to get updates. As for them taking accountability for losing my items, they just haven't. Very, very poor.
