Well all I can say is just don't use Purple Bricks, I started to use them for a purchase of one property and the sale of another and the whole experience was absolutely terrible and I can't get across enough to encourage anyone thinking of using them, just don't! Save yourself the nightmare and just use a local estate agent. If you pay upfront and want to cancel in the 14 day cooling off period, then good luck with that, im trying to get my £999 back and they have blanked all my emails that I sent to 4 different emails addresses, I even emailed the chap I was dealing with, William Leggott, he is ignoring my emails about it, so if anyone is dealing with him be very careful. I tried to complete the 14 day cooling off form they have only to find that when you fill it out and try to submit it, it doesn't submit, so they have most probably set it up to do that. I've now got to mess around going down the legal path to recover my money.

Melaine was fantastic with lots of knowledge, guided me through with ease. Can I just say Melanie is an asset to purple bricks, very polite, professional and 5 star service. Would highly recommend purple bricks absolutely impeccable service thank you for all your help much appreciated.

The viewing agent, Marie, was an absolute breath of fresh air! After viewing countless properties with agents of other companies who had little to no personality or interpersonal skills whatsoever, viewing this property with Marie restored my faith in estate agents. She was genuinely interested in what I was looking for, my circumstances and my family situation. Marie facilitated a number of viewings of the property that I have purchased and was able to do so at the drop of a hat, sometimes even an hour before I wanted to view it. Although the process has taken a while it has been relatively stress free which is great! Roll on Thursday and key collection day! Thank you, Marie!

I was notified by my estate agent that this property had gone on the market, it was easy to access the site and request a viewing for the following day. Also making an offer on the property was easy. I am not proficient at on line form filling and uploading documents, which I will find challenging and frustrating but I will do my best to complete tasks on portals etc.Its a bit Like being back at school and learning something new!

Sarah was very helpful and professional, valuation was clear and fair. I decided not to go ahead with Purplebricks because unfortunately they do not advertise on the major Ireland online portal Daft.ie and our property is on the border between Northern Ireland and Ireland.

Very smooth process from viewing to completion. I was a bit concerned about using an online agent but the rep handling my purchase, Isis Hall, was brilliant! Portal is very easy use to use too, if you do want to message a seller/buyer directly. My only issue was the £80 anti-money laundering check which no other estate agent charges. I personally feel the seller should bear this costs but I had to just pay it and given I'd got a good deal on the purchase price, I just wrote it off as an additional cost.

Our 1st time selling with Purple Bricks, and we are impressed with the services offered. Bruce Hall was our agent, he was very friendly, patient and helpful, guiding us through the process of putting house up for sale. I'm not great at doing this on-line, so his help was appreciated.
