Feb 27,2025Terrible customer service and incompetent staff who lie to you!! Accepted an offer on my property on the 2nd of Feb, 2 weeks later, I still don’t have a memorandum of sale. Everytime I call I get told it’s with the compliance team and due to be issued that day - Still don’t have it! Promised call backs never happen. So now I’m over an hour on hold waiting to speak to a manager. It’s at the point where it’s now jeopardising the sale of the property I’m buying which I was initially aiming to complete on before the 31st of March to avoid the stamp duty increase. I would not recommend using purple bricks to anyone, especially if you’re under any kind of time constraints. Avoid!

Feb 27,2025I loved the process of purple bricks up until the point of trying to obtain the MoS when it seemed to get very tick-boxy. Where a highstreets agent would have issued it on the day it took PB 3 weeks to validate. The photos were taken very quickly and to a great quality and the app was fantastic for arranging appointments, receiving offers. For £900 it was great value. Tim Wickham was a massive help throughout from and went above on beyond to get our advert right and was even willing to chase team member on our behalf and talk to estate agents around our MOS. We had multiple whatsapp chats and even calls in the evening for support. Our negotiator Shannon was also very helpful and was again willing to chase the compliance team to try and work out the hold up on the MOS I would ask to work with these both again if I were to use PB again

Feb 27,2025Early on in purchase and so far it has proved more difficult than necessary. App not working for uploading documents, lengthy call queues and the house is still showing as under offer rather than sold despite all proofs being provided and the fee for ID checks being paid

Feb 27,2025Initially we couldn't really find anyone to talk us through this experience of buying and selling .We have lived here for 54 years so we were complete novices in this regard The first time we spoke to her was when we were on holiday and we'd had a lot of phone calls re the purchase and sale so my husband had had enough Then ..... Hannah phoned him and he was so worked up over previous calls that he didn't speak very kindly to her She was so professional in her reply and said she understood his frustration Thankfully Hannah tramontano came to our rescue and solved every problem we had with our solicitors She is so professional yet very friendly and you feel like she really cares That carried a lot of weight for us because we knew no matter what she would help us get through this stressful experience Even though everything is sorted now she even rang to say how happy she was for us Wish there were more Hannah's in the world 👍👍👍

Never heard such a load of old baloney!! Apparently, most of the Purple Bricks people defected to Yopa when they came along.
