Jenny gave advice for our advertising, pricing, sale and regular check ins. Following Jenny’s advice we agreed a sale in less than a month. I don’t think we’d have received this much dedicated attention from a high street estate agent so would recommend using Purple Bricks and especially if Jenny is working with you.

Feb 05,2025I've tried to make a viewing. Spoke to someone on line and we arranged a date and time and purple bricks were supposed to confirm this didn't happen. Trying to make another appointment to view and it seems impossible on line ...very frustrating z!

The area manager came to value and I was then passed details for Jez Heard who attended all the viewings and dealt with any requests. Jez has been wonderful at keeping in touch and updating me on any information that needed passing to me. He is a huge asset to the SW team. I was nervous using an online company but I have to say it’s been absolutely brilliant. I’ve loved being able to go online and check the progress of the viewings and being able to negotiate directly with the buyer. Plus the very obvious bonus of saving literally 7 thousand pounds in estate agent fees!!

Feb 05,2025I paid upfront and wouldn't recommend it at all. Since the moment you paid the service is non existing. The viewings were booked and we did not have any contact with the agent, the person didn't even come around first to have a look at the property before the viewing. We missed veiwing as originally accepted an offer than then pulled off but it took over 4 days to update the advert. Ended up having to do all the negotiation process ourselves. Now, after over a week we are still waiting for the compliance team to review the documents (mortage in principle and bank statement) from the buyer, I called three times in the last 7 days and sent multiple emails, still I have not received an answer or the buyer has been contacted.
