Feb 04,2025The service we received and promptness was excellent and thank you for that. However, when I looked closely at the fee's you were far too expensive based on other quotes we have had, and the £1499 is very misleading. This is the reason we have opted to go elsewhere.

Feb 04,2025I placed my home on the market and the initial appointment was easy to make, Alan, the local expert was quick to get things turned round and get my advert live. I liked being able to manage my own viewings and set my availability through the app which was easy. My initial sales progressor was not proactive and caused a fair bit of frustration, and unfortunately when I requested an escalation to discuss the issue and a way forward no manager completed a call back or communicated with me, which isn't good (these reasons being why this is a 4 star review, not 5). Thankfully, Isis took over as my sales progressor and I honestly couldn't thank her highly enough for her efforts in moving my transaction forward, despite delays in the chain (not related to PB). She was very easy to reach and responsive - I genuinely felt like a valued customer, and had confidence that with Isis overseeing my case we could get any complications resolved efficiently to ensure progress continued. Purple Bricks need more staff that treat customers as Isis did.

Feb 04,2025We invited Purple Bricks to value our home because we'd bought the house through Strike. Apart from the positive valuation of the property, James had clearly considered the previous condition so appreciated the improvements made since and was complimentary regarding these. He commented on the unique character of the atmosphere we've created alongside our contractors, who were mixed independent, friends and family. He was open and honest regarding the local house pricing currently and offered good advice. If we do find somewhere else to live that doesn't require the degree of time, effort and money to turn into a home which we've undertaken and created here, we'll definitely be engaging Strike PB to sell it.
