Jun 10,2024Bought my new car from quality part x last week, I love my new car, no faults and was very clean when it was delivered. The customer service however wasn’t great, when I asked for a call back or when they said they would call back, I never got one, I had to keep ringing up and chasing them up, when we did get everything all sorted though, delivery was organised swiftly and when I was talking to staff on the phone they were very pleasant.

May 20,2024⛔AVOID ⛔ Went there with intension of buying a car, the site is awful totally a shambles no signage no prices on cars or discription the cars are locked and parked too close together, asked for keys for car i was interested in was told do you realise how many boxes of keys I got to look through to find the key for that car, Bad customer service, that was enough I was out of there. Buy with caution.

May 12,2024Sold a car that’s supposedly in good but light wear and tear condition (2.5 years old) but actually it’s totally trashed and been seriously damaged once up on a ramp for checking. It’s due over £1,500 worth of repair work under the car alone. Lots of broken parts left on it and repair work needed! Claimed to have done MOT but yet two tyres should have been on advisory and weren’t, seriously worrying! Putting customers health at risk. On top of that there was a cord showing on tyre tear and we had to drive back to replace it within 30mins of leaving, also not on the advisory on car MOT by their garage mechanics. They won’t tell me which garage they use for this. Also claim they are AA approved garage but I have contacted AA as this is not their standard or standard trading standard under “good condition and light wear and tear”. Told after sale only one car key (keyless car) so that will cost to replace for spare key. Was lied to about the smell in the car which they said was due to air filters when actually the car belonged to a smoker, once in daylight by it was visible that the vents etc were full of ash, under seat belt plugs etc. We were told the car would be serviced before sale by email and it was completed and now the service is due within 20days and they say it wasn’t done but not their issue. All just lies and miss sold many of times. Would never go near them again and wouldn’t ever advise anyone too unless you want ripped off and spoken to rudely if any issues. Have photos of all evidence, have given them time to redeem themselves but they had no interest until I didn’t give up. Offered me a Warrenty package which is no benefit to us which they are aware as they knew we lived 8hour away, which I was told was final settlement and no more. After days of pushing constantly and asking to return the car within my 14 days they finally accepted and we got a solution sorted. They make everyone write 5 star reviews before leaving garage so all Reviews won’t be genuine. Go by word of mouth and not reviews.

Jun 23,2024Unbelievably poor and unprofessional. I travelled 4 hours to view w far advertised on Autotrader and had an appointment booked with a sales agent at 1pm. I arrived at 1pm and was informed the car was not ready for viewing and was placed in a sale agents office alone whilst they rectified the issues. As 2pm came, I left the office and asked for an update and they apologised and said they would update me soon. Finally, at 2:45pm the sales agent came to see me and informed me that the car was still not ready and the car was actually missing a door handle They said they would fix the same day and put me back inside the sales agents office alone again. After another 30 minutes of no communication, I had absolutely no faith in the reputation or integrity of this company and made a 4 hour journey home. 8 hours and £100 wasted on travel for a completely pathetic excuse of a company
