Jun 27,2024Sold me a car with faulty gears. The vehicle broke down 40 minutes after driving off the forecourt. Myself and my pregnant partner were stuck by the side of the road for over 2 hours in 30° heat whilst the garage recovered the vehicle. We were then told we would have to wait around a week for them to repair it, leaving us without a car in the meantime. We were also told that they would not contribute towards any costs of us hiring a vehicle, or be able to provide a temporary vehicle. The sales process was easy enough and straightforward, however the aftercare process was awful.

Jun 23,2024All there reviews are fake to they ask u to leave one before you leave If you want to buy a decent vehicle then avoid these people at all costs not worth the headache time and money, purchased a car from them on finance arranged collection for Sunday to be called on Saturday to be told the AA inspector hasn’t showed up so I will have to go Wednesday, the sales guy said these AA stickers on the windows are not just for show and they have been checked, turns out they haven’t even checked my vehicle, see email from the manager confirming so realistically they could have sold me an unsafe vehicle. I have found multiple issues with the body work and seems to me like the vehicle has been involved in an accident considering the price they are asking for the vehicle. The number plate was hanging off the back it wasn’t even straight car was filthy and they also take out a stocking loan to stock the vehicle which shows on the HPI report. Also there is screws missing from under the bonnet straight mot failure and paintwork has been redone poorly in places and also a handprint on the bonnet that does not come off! Images attached I arrived on Wednesday to be greeted with a rude message asking my mate to move his car, we went inside and we taking out back to the very dark showroom which hides all marks on the cars as it’s dark, there was massive stains images attached. Was promised £300 compensation manager said it would be in my account by end of the day last week still haven’t received nothing from them and also nothing back on emails the service is horrendous basically scammers !
