Nov 22,2023I booked a hotel for 3 nights via Rehlat about 2 months before my trip and Rehlat confirmed the booking and the creditcard payment. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel said the booking had been cancelled. However, I had not cancelled the booking and it turns out it was cancelled by Rehlat 3 weeks earlier. The result was I had to take last minute hotel that was much more expensive. Also, Rehlat did not inform me they cancelled the booking. Also, the did not give me back the money they took. I called customer support at least 5 times and eacht time they promised to look into it but they never did. Luckily I was just in time to protest the payment at my creditcard company and they paid back the money I paid. Looking at all the negative reviews about Rehlat here on Trustpilot there can be only one conclusion: don't trust Rehlat and book via another channel.

Nov 20,2023reference number: rco2370427 I am requesting a refund as promised by company and have been waiting since august 9, 2023 for the refund but still have not received. I have contacted them multiple times and they have promised escalation to finance departemt and will update asap. There is no process till now. I have multiple correspondence from them saying they will complete refund. Update on apr 4, 2024: I provided bank details to rehalat, but NOT yet received the refund. I will update again if I really received the refund

Nov 15,2023Worst experience ever Booking ID : 2418919 Booking ID: 2497756 Booked and paid in full and when I went to hotel , there was no booking and had to spend night in the car , these people just take the money and don’t make any effort to book . It’s more than one month and I am calling and writing to them on daily basis but all I am. Getting in return are false promises and cleverly worded email . Stay away from Rehlat even if they offer you for free , Incompetent, rude , non professional and humiliating staff

Nov 13,2023STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company stands as a testament to INCOPETENCE. I booked a hotel for a colleague at the Westin Mina Seyayi and they took over 8,200 AED from me up front. I called to make a simple name change on the booking order and they couldn't do it. I then said OK keep the booking and then called the hotel directly to check and the hotel said they had received a "Cancellation" though a 3rd party agent for my booking. So I have paid the money and now have no reservation and REHLAT is still saying the booking is active. They have offered no solution, have kept my money and the hotel I am sure to arrive at next week said they dont have a booking. I wouldnt trust this company to book anything. You are useless.

Nov 11,2023I booked a hotel in Buenos Aires on 25/08, which was confirmed for 17/12. Today I received a message that the booking was cancelled due to a technical error and refunded. RCO2456363. If I don’t get the refund within a week I will be pursuing a fraud case against them.

Je suis arriver à l’hôtel à Dubaï avec mes enfants la réservation avait été annuler par Rehlat je les i contacter à plusieur reprise il mon affirmer que la réservation n’avait pas été annuler qu’il s’agissait juste d’un problème de règlement à 00h après 5h d’attente j’apprends qu’il ne paieront pas l’hôtel je me retrouve dehors sans hôtel a Dubaï avec mes enfants . Après plusieurs appel et plusieurs mail il me disent qu’il me rembourseront dans 10 à 15 jours au vu des autres commentaires j’ai peur . Mon dossier est le RGL1904432

Nov 03,2023I have booked a flight, and I decided to cancel it due to a change of plans. I've contacted them through e-mails and phone and I agreed to what was stated in the email and they promised to proceed with the refund procedures. It has been more than 90 days since the trip was canceled, the refund has not been processed and the service provider has not contacted me. Every time I contact them they (Egyptians) respond by telling me we will contact you soon but they never did. I KNEW THEY were scammers and I had to do something, unfortunately, they don't have an office in KSA so I've looked around and found that they do have an office in Dubai. Long story short, I only got my refund after contacting Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai.

Cuando fuimos al hotel 2 meses después, nos dijeron que la reserva había sido cancelada el mes anterior, sin que nadie nos avisara ni nos devolvieran el dinero. Seguimos esperando que nos reembolsen lo pagado. Unos sinvergüenzas estafadores que responden lo mismo en cada mail.

Nov 02,2023Rehlat ist ein Betrüger!!!!!!! Wir hatten ein Hotel auf Teneriffa gebucht und eine Reisebestätigung erhalten. Ich hatte beim Hotel angerufen, die mir die Buchung gegenbestätigt haben. Bei Ankunft im Hotel lag keine Reservierung mehr vor. Die Buchung wurde wieder storniert. Wir hatten aber weder storniert, noch eine Rückerstattung erhalten. Danach folgten bis heute, ca. 2 Wochen später, viele E-mails. Es war lt Rehlat wohl ein technischer Fehler und die Rückerstattung wird in 48h angestoßen. Danach wurde gesagt es dauert 10-12 Tage bis die Erstattung da sei, dann wurde an die Finanzabteilung eskaliert etc. Es kamen, aber auch nur auf Nachfrage , immer nur die gleichen generischen E-Mails. AUF KEINEN Fall buchen. Das Unternehmen ist 100% FAKE!!!

Oct 29,2023Es un fraude. Reserve hotel y me lo cobraron al instante, a las pocas horas me dicen que no hay habitaciones disponibles a ese precio y que te pagar un 30% más. En ese momento les digo que no y me dicen que devolverán el dinero en unos días. Llevo casi 2 meses enviando correos y no me han devuelto nada, la última respuesta fue q lo iban a pasar al departamento correspondiente. También dicen que tienen número para clientes españoles pero nadie habla español

Have prepaid in full for a 5 night booking at a wyndham/Ramada and the Hotel refused to accept guest at 4 am because Rehlat neither paid them nor informed them of the guest arrival. The hotel said this isn't the first time they face issues with this site. There is no proper 24 hr support available which is inconvenient for weary travelers. Rebooked through another ore trustworthy site.

Oct 23,2023Hice una reserva en hotel en Estambul y la pagué integra hace 9 meses y cuando llego al hotel me dicen que estaba cancelada desde unos días atrás y que ellos nunca recibieron el pago. Después de horas perdiendo mi día en el lobby del hotel y tratando que me lo arreglen... Me mandan copia - pegas para decir que fue un fallo técnico que disculpe las molestias. Ni ofrecen realojamiento ni compensación alguna. NADA. Son unos sinvergüenzas caraduras, han tenido mi dinero 9 meses para sacar beneficios y luego ya, si el cliente protesta mucho, veremos si se lo devolvemos. Y ponte un sábado noche a buscar otro hotel en Estambul... Su email es help.arroba.relhat.com, pero, si fueran honestos, debería llamarse fuckyou.arroba.rehlat.com. Se limitan a copia - pegar falsas disculpas y ya está. Me dan lástima los indios del call center por el trabajo de miedda que hacen. Que podemos hacer contra esto? Protestar aquí. Alguna idea más?

Oct 23,2023I purchased a ticket for a flight from Las Vegas to Boston, scheduled for 9:15 am on October 22, 2023. When I attempted to check in for the flight on October 21 through the Rehlat app, I was not able to do so. I planned to arrive to the airport three hours early to ensure that there would be no issue with boarding. When I arrived to the airport at 6 AM, the airline customer service informed me that 1)the flight was moved from 915 AM to 5 AM 2)the airline had notified Rehlat and 3)that Rehlat was responsible for notifying me. I contacted Rehlat via phone. The representative confirmed that Rehlat had not sent me any correspondence regarding the change of flight. The representative stated that he could not help book me an alternative flight, but stated that he would "create a ticket" and that a customer service representative would "reach out to me shortly." I received confirmation that a customer service ticket was created. I responded to the customer service ticket by stating that I was currently stranded and needing to book a flight ASAP, as a delay in their response would prevent me from booking a different same day flight. After waiting for about an hour, I called again. A representative reiterated that he could not help me and stated that he could not connect me with a representative who had the authority to help. I booked an alternative flight for 558.20, notified Rehlat by submitting a supplemental note to the customer service ticket, and requested that they refund the cost of the replacement purchase. I called another time. The representative recited the times of the original flight and reiterated that there was no documentation on their end indicating that a change had been communicated to me. After four hours, I had received no further response from the company. Shortly after, I received an email stating that the ticket had been forwarded my "email query" to a support team. Update: As of 4:35 PM, I have not received a response. All remaining flights from Las Vegas arrive in Boston at some point tomorrow. Had I not booked and paid for an entire new flight, I would still be stranded in Las Vegas with no assistance from this company.

Oct 22,2023One Hotel booking on 20th Aug 2023. Booking Reference RCO2511763. Arrived in hotel on 7th October and there was no booking. We ve had great difficulty due to this and finding another place. Now we have spent double. Customer service says it's a technical error and will send a refund. Have t received any yet. I will not stop what ever it takes until I receive a refund soon.

Nov 22,2023This is a scam site, they never return the money, they just try to delay you to make a complain to the police. The best way to act is to discuss with your hotel and ask them to remove Rehlat as a reseller. I did that and now they are removed from a lot of hotels in whole Germany, so it works !!!! Rehlat has replied to my review after 1 (ONE) year, with a generic sentence. You can imagine how "concerned" are to solve the problems they created. They are Scammers, avoid them at any cost and make complains to police and to the bank for fraud !
