Support agent by the name Anji was super responsive and helpful. Got the right confirmation and hotel contact number that I could verify myself. Satisfied with service.

Oct 12,2022Stay away from Rehlat! They canceled my hotel reservation RAE1006986, without giving proper information on time!!!!!!! Worst experience with customer service.......... And it has been almost one month since I have accepted payment for the date change request! The guy replying emails is just like a robot! Keep copying and replying the same things. SCAM! PFF
