They never send refund they are liars I canceled my ticket before time and contacted them multiple times about refund they asked me to fill the form which I did immediately, the rep told me you will see refund in 30 days maximum. It's been over 15 months and I am still reminding them to refund me without any action from Rehlat.

Oct 19,2022Ich habe ein Hotel in Antalya über diese Plattform gebucht. DIe Buchung vor Ort war für einen falschen Termin. Das Geld wurde per Kreditkarte abgebucht, es kam aber nie eine Bestätigungmail. Auf eine versuchte Stornierung über das Internetformular kam keinerlei Rückmeldung. Eine E-Mail Adreese ist nicht zu finden.

Oct 18,2022Reservé un hotel con Rehlat para el día 14 de agosto de 2022 Hotel Filú Venecia, Italia, me cancelaron sin razón alguna la noche anterior, luego me dijeron que iban a devolver mi dinero, pero llevo más de dos meses esperando y no devuelven nada. Es una estafa. Número de reserva: RGL796494. Valor pagado: 109.94 EUR

They will always reply that”they’re forwarding to financial department to expedite the process”, but imagine, close to 4 mos already and still no refund. Are you fooling your customers? Oct 18,2022Reservamos y pagamos con meses de antelación un hotel en Zanzibar y, cuando llegamos, el hotel nos dijo que la reserva había sido cancelada por Rehlat. Nos habían avisado por email el mismo día... A la una de la mañana buscando un hotel cercano que nos diera cama....Indignante... Llevamos desde agosto mandando semalmente un email para reclamar el reembolso y la respuesta siempre es la misma: tienen problemas con el pago y lo trasladarán al departamento financiero. Despues de dos meses no hemos recibido nuestro dinero. Reserva: RGL942404

Oct 18,2022Reservation RGL664304 Avoid this company, they canceled my booking the night before my stay for no reason, the room had been paid 4 months in advance and they still have not repaid me 3 months later. They even had the cheek to ask me to cooperate when they have behaved in such a bad manner. Rehlat said there were no rooms available but when we called the hotel directly we managed to book a room on the day of our arrival which cost us extra, which proves they are dishonest as well!

Oct 17,2022Booking ID 1042407 We booked a hotel for my father in madinah from rehlat app and when my father reached there, the hotel management said there is no such booking and he waited three hours there. We called 3 times on the help line of kuwait and they just said we are working on it. So my father went to the other hotel. After that we called them 5 to 6 times to refund our amount but they are just saying that it was non refundable. But this is the mistake from their side not ours. Instead they wasted our time and money and waiting for three hours in the reception after a long journey is a big headache in itself. And he is an elderly person and a patient. Now instead of appologizing and refunding our money, they are just making excuses and creating problem for us. Big scam, never book from them

Oct 16,2022Aún no me han reembolsado nada y según ellos el últimos día es el 27 octubre a ver si es verdad que me lo ingresan... Hablo con ellos por el chat a diario y siempre te dicen lo mismo, que hay problemas en la pasarela de pagos Reserva: 976472 Editado: hoy día 18 Octubre me llega un email que esta el reembolso echo,imagino que me llegará en 4 o 5 días.. por lo visto cumplen pero si estás encima de ellos,si no reclamas no te lo hacen...De Todas formas han tardado más de 20 días en hacerlo.

Oct 15,2022Hotel booking made by them as an error on their webpage. Can't get a refund of it after telling them to cancel it and sending them all the relative information! I don't know what else to do... Incredible scam. Booking ID: RGL1058959 - Price: 312.040 EUR Still waiting for the supposed refund after 1 month and a half which I should have received in 7-10 business days.

Could you please investigate this? The booking ID for this booking is 1648241, Ticket No 0986096677354. Always you saying send bank details we will refund soon. but never refunded.

Oct 14,2022My booking id is 942182. Do not make a reservation with this company. They cancelled my hotel in new york on my check-in date without any proper excuses and reason. Even it have passed over 2months, they still didn't give any refund of my money. I sent over 10 emails to them, but they always respond with same words. I'm so sick of their worst customer service.

Oct 14,2022J'ai eu une experience negative avec cette société. J'ai fait une réservation via leur site et j'ai payé la totalité du montant car mon réservation était pour le lendemain et j'étais sure de me rendre sur place dans cette résidence. En me présentant à la résidence le lendemain, aucune réservation à mon nom, et la société qui gère la résidence (Vacancéole) n'avais jamais entendu parler de Rehlat! J'ai contacté un des numéros de téléphone du site Rehlat , on m'as expliqué qui je serais remboursé sous 10 à 15 jours, car il y avait un "problème" technique et ils ne pouvaient pas honorer la réservation. Très bien, j'ai dit, c'est le moindre des choses, et j'ai du payer une deuxième fois pour mon séjour chez Vacancéole. C'était le 25/08/2022, et malgré plusiers émails de relance de ma part, je n'ai toujours pas reçu un centime de remboursement, un mois et demi plus tard. C'est très décevant, on me répond chaque fois d'etre patiente, que le remboursement doit etre "validé"!! Combien de temps faut'il pour valider un remboursement?? J'ai bien compris ou tout cela va finir, malheureusement trop tard pour moi, ne faites surtout pas le meme erreur et fuyez le site de Rehlat, qui est à mon avis, pas digne de confiance. P.S. Je vois que Rehlat à envoyé une réponse a cet avis, mais nous sommes le 28 oct et je n'ai toujours pas reçu de remboursement.

Oct 13,2022This is a fraud company without having any business etiquette I had booked a ticket through Rehlat online platform (Booking ID. 1429927) on Jet Airways (9W517, 9W912, 9W911, 9W568), from Dammam to Cochin via Delhi, with date of travel being 05th Jul’2019 Since Jet Airways suspended its operation, I had requested for a full refund, to which Rehlat team confirmed that the refund request has already been put across to the airline. This communication happened on 19th Apr’2019. Since then, its almost THREE YEARS now, that I haven’t received my refund yet. For all this time, I have been contacting Rehlat team to which I get a standard answer that “we are yet to receive an update from the airline”. Rehlat team can refer all the communications with a subject line “Booking ID-SA1429927E” On 14th Sep’22 there was an update from the airline that, the Jet Airways resolution plan has been approved and communicated with each claimant on the status of their refund request. Since Rehlat had confirmed that, they had already made a claim request to the airline on behalf of me, I believe Rehlat would already have received a communication from the airline about my ticket re-imbursement. However, when I wrote to Rehlat on 12th Oct’22, they just repeat the same sentence as “we are yet to receive any communication from the airline” I strongly feel, Rehlat is a fraud company as they would have already received the payment from the airline but refuse to transfer the same to the customers or just make the customers hopeless so that the customers will eventually leave up. On a related note, several of my friends who booked the ticket directly through the Jet airways platform, even after me booking the ticket, got their refund long time back. To try my luck, since there was no refund coming through Rehlat, I contacted even the airline directly, to which the airline responded that, “since I have booked the ticket through an agent, I must approach only through the agent”. I wonder, how come the established agents like Rehlat fail to secure the legitimate payment from the airline and provide a long-term refund request from a customer.

Oct 13,2022I was complaining about a reservation that was canceled and not refunded. After writing on Rehlat's page, stating that I felt robbed, they finally contacted me via messenger and resolved my claim. I have received the refund of the reservation after about 45 days. So keep going and don't give up. Write on the official Relhat Facebook page. It was that action, which made them attend to me and solve it.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM they cancelled my hotel room on 1st September the day before travel even though I had paid in full - advised 12-14 days for refund it’s now 42 days and no refund . Every time I email them I get the same generic email stating that the finance team are urgently looking into it .I really don’t know how a company can’t just take your money and not provide a refund.

Oct 19,2022El dia 17 de agoste hice la reserva para un hotel en menorca, me cobraron el miso dia, la reserva era para 6-9 de septiembre, el dia 5 de septiembre a la noche me cancelaron, me dieron dos opciones, yo pedi el rembolso, ese mismo dia, hoy dia 19 de octubre y todavia no me devolvieron nada, siempre que escribo me dan un ticket nuevo (es automatico, nadie te contesta ) mi reserva es RGL978892
