Sep 28,2023I hope that I could give 0-STAR. I had the absolute worst experience with Rehlat! Over a year ago, I booked a hotel online for Italy through their website. It was written on their page that, I could pay at the hotel, but guess what? They collected the entire payment during finalising the online booking! But here's the kicker: they canceled my entire booking in the dead of night, just hours before I was supposed to check in. My hotel reservation was a significant part of my tour cost, and they completely ruined my trip. I've been chasing them for a refund ever since, but all they do is respond to my emails with excuses. They keep saying my case is a "priority," but it's been over a year of their ridiculous delay tactics. I did some research online, and it's abundantly clear that Rehlat is nothing but a professional scam operation. They've been pulling these tricks on countless others too. Stay away from them at all costs!

Sep 27,2023W lipcu 2023 zarezerwowalem hotel za posrednictwem firmy Rehlat. Hotel Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Newark Liberty Airport - Carteret USA. Zarezerwowalem pobyt w dniach 19 - 24 wrzesien 2023 i oczywiscie przelalem pieniadze na wskazany przez firme Rehlat numer rachunku bankowego, na potwierdzenie otrzymalem One Time Password. Po przyjezdzie do hotelu okazalo sie sie, ze moja rezerwacja zostala anulowana i to na cztery dni przed moim przyjazdem do hotelu. Oczywiscie nikt mnie o tym nie powiadomil, wiec hotel wystawil mi rachunek za pobyt o 100% wyzszy od mojej rezerwacji. Od kilku dni wysylam emaile do Rehlat i to na rozne adresy, ale do nie otrzymalem zadnej odpowiedzi. Firma Rehlat ma swoja glowna siedzibe w Kuwejcie i jak juz mi wiadomo to znalazlem sie w kregu osob oszukanych. Jesli ktos ma doswiadczenie jak mozna odebrac pieniadze od Rehlat to prosze o informacje. Moj nr. tel 0048888899043 Korespondencja z firma Rehlat: pierwsza reklamacja zostala wyslana 20 wrzesnia 2023 i zostalo utworzone zgloszenie nr.1209589 i przedstawiciel pomocy technicznej rozpatrzy moja prosbe. Sep 27,2023Do not use them. I booked a flight, wanted to get a quote to change return flight. They say there is a technical error on 7 occasions to me so won’t look into my query. I complained, they say someone will call me, nobody has. They are rude, not to be trusted and please don’t book with them.

Sep 25,2023I had a problem with my reservation (Hotel Reference Number 59-2673018, Rehlat Reference Number RAE2403769) at Troia Design Hotel, Portugal, the hotel informed me that it was canceled at the time of my arrival. We had a bad time and I had to pay again at the Hotel. I request my refund of the reservation dated September 23 to 24. Paula Relvas

Sep 23,2023This site is doggy, avoid it. I booked a flight back in June from BNE to MEL. After 10 min I got an email that my flight had been cancled. After 3 months, I cloudn't get my money back. I called them more than 20 times. They lie every time that we will refund you but nothing has happened.

Sep 23,2023WARNING !!!!! Disgraceful Travel Agency WARNING !!!!! This Company is a disgrace !!! It should be withdrawn from the internet. Do Not Use This Site !! It’s hard to believe that they don’t even care about the countless bad reviews. I share the same problem as others of trying to extract a refund of a €1487.98 for 58 days. The constant auto reply with further false promises is irritating to say the least. If it’s a ploy to get me tired of countless emails and to stop me complaining it wont work. I will now email every day until I get my refund I will also put an update here every day. This is unacceptable behaviour. C.B.

Sep 23,2023S’il était possible de mettre 0 étoile je l’aurais fait. Je me suis fais arnaquée par ce site chez qui j’ai réservé une chambre d’hôtel ÉDEN à Paris. L’hôtel m’informe que le site a annulé ma réservation lorsque je les ai contacté pour prendre des informations sur notre arrivée, étrange. Je contacte le site, on m’informe que l’annulation est non remboursable alors que je n’ai pas demandé d’annulation et que c’est de leur propre initiative. L’hôtel m’apprend par la suite qu’il ne collabore pas avec Rehlat donc ce site est de la pure arnaque. Si des personnes sont intéressées par se réunir et d’entamer des démarches contre ce site frauduleux je suis partante !

Sep 22,2023I showed up at the hotel to find out the booking had been cancelled. Was waiting over an hour for an e-mail on them to fix it; I ended up making another booking directly from the hotel at double the price of theirs. I am extremely disappointed with what transpired.

Sep 21,2023Don’t book any hotel with them. I had a very bad experience. I went to the hotel and my booking was cancelled without any email. I called several time and I received an answer after 14 hours telling me “Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused, This is to inform you that due to technical issues the reservation got cancelled”. I had to find another hotel, paying a fortune.

Sep 19,2023I had a problem with my reservation at Los Angeles, Best Western, the hotel informed me that it was canceled at the time of my arrival for not presenting payment by the agency, when I made my payment on time with you, my family and I. We had a bad time and I had to pay again at the Hotel, I have tried to contact the telephone numbers that were provided to me and I have not been successful, I request my refund of the reservation dated September 4 to 09 The Best Western Hotel sent an email with the same request on September 7. Sep 16,2023Paid for hotel months ago, arrived yesterday to find Rehlat had cancelled booking telling hotel we had refused to pay. They seperately emailed us to say due to a technical error booking had been cancelled on day of check in when we had arrived at hotel. Seems like a scam and customer service refused to explain or help and hung up on me

Sep 16,2023SCAM WARNING: Booked a hotel in Massachusetts several weeks in advance for our 7th wedding anniversary. Confirmed with the hotel over the phone that the rooms were booked. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel desk stated that Rehlat had cancelled the rooms two days prior. Clearly a method for keeping the money. We got on the phone with a rep from Rehlat while in the hotel parking lot and the rep talked in circles (scammer's script) about how the refund would be processed in 3-9 days. I will update this review if our issue is resolved in an honest fashion.

Sep 15,2023Ho fatto due recensioni negarivissime per questi truffatori che operano sistematicamente sul web estircendo denaro ai clienti. Prenoti un Hotel dove è scritto "Cancellazione gratuita fino al......", cancelli nei termini e loro non rimborsano. Tu fai una richiesta e loro ti dicono che in 7 giorni avrai il tuo rimborso. Io ho fatto 8 (DICO OTTO) RICHIESTI DI RIMBORSO ED HO RICEVUTO SEMPRE LA STESSA RISPOSTA: Dear Customer, Greetings from Rehlat!! We wish to inform you that we are reviewing your concern with respective team and assure you that We would positively get back to you with an update addressing your concern within on top priority. Sep 13,2023two way ticket from ARAR to Riyadh, however i already paid a fee for flexible ticket, but when cancelled the return ticket they approved a refund of 150 SAR out of 650 SAR ?? this is not the end of it , because even i accepted it but no refund is done since May 2023 (5 months) until now Just playing and giving fake excuses. Sep 29,2023I've made several bookings with this organization, and on two occasions, I was assured refunds. However, it has been four months, and I'm yet to receive any reimbursement. The way this company conducts its business is truly disappointing, and it strongly gives the impression that they are deceiving customers. I highly discourage anyone from booking through them. Ultimately, I did get my money back, but not through Rehlat; it was resolved through my credit card company after I filed a complaint.
