Oct 20,2023Never click on this website or do business with Rehlat. My booking hung up during purchase, and wouldnt load for some time after. I assumed it did not go through, so rebooked direct w airline. I then learned two days later my Rehlat transaction had been successful, so I cancelled as per terms and conditions. That was June 24, 2023. As of today, after upwards of 10 email exchanges and nearly 4 months, I'm still getting the runaround and empty claims of "refund will be issued in XX business days". Rehlat.com are scammers PERIOD. Dont waste your time or money with them.

Oct 18,2023Tenía una reserva echa de hace un año y el dos días antes me la cancelan! Me dicen que fue un fallo técnico que disculpe las molestias, sinvergüenzas caraduras y ahora el hotel cuesta el doble. Me dicen que me devolverán el dinero en diez doce días pero no me fío viendo todos los comentarios que leí. Que podemos hacer contra esto.

Oct 18,2023I booked a hotel in new york on the 25th of August 1923.two days before we were going on holiday. They sent a email saying the hotel was cancelled because of technical problems. They said very sorry. You're refund will take 12 to 14 working days. Its the 17th of October and my refund still hasn't come. 21 email to them and 3 phone call. Still no refund. All there email 21 of the email they have sent me all saying the same thing. Its with accounts department under very urgent. You should have it soon I'm disappointed and disgusting of there behaviour.i will let you know when I get my refund 🙃

Oct 17,2023Paid on booking hotel in January, we checked hotel was booked. We arrived at hotel in October to find rehlat has cancelled our accommodation a matter of days before our arrival. We don't know why and we have spent days trying to get an answer. They are not answering calls, are not giving us answers through email. We have had to find and pay again for accommodation. We are lucky to have credit card, otherwise we would be stuck. We are going into forth day without response from rehlat... they are awful, I wonder if they have cash flow issues so I wouldn't use them.... I will never use them again.

Oct 13,2023This agency is a scam! They offered free cancellation and delay payment, but then they just stole my deposit money and they cancelled my reservation so I ended up with out hotel few days before my trip. Very difficult to reach them and when I managed they didn't give any explanation. Don't give them any money and don't book with them!

Oct 12,2023They offer a refund policy, but they never give you the money back. I have booked a hotel via Rehlat in August 2023 and now we have middle of October 2023 and I am still waiting to get my refund back after canceling my booking. Their customer support is very bad and they keep sending the same generic emails, with no success or progress, so avoid booking with them, as they are zero reliable!

Oct 12,2023I booked a flight with these guys over 3.5 years ago which was cancelled. Everytime I call them they say they will raise a request, I then call them back a couple of months later and they say the same thing. They never contact me and are doing absolutely to help me get my money back. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Oct 11,2023AVOID! Probably SCAM After I completed a hotel booking with Rehlat, I contacted my hotel only to find out there is no booking. I contacted Rehlat which assured me there is a booking and everything is fine, later on they sent me an email that the room is in fact not available and they can offer me another room for 600 USD extra. I declined and they said they’ll refund me my money 1500 USD in 10-12 days. It has now been almost 3 weeks with no money refunded and NO WAY to contact Rehlat as they no longer answer their “24/7” tolls. What shall I do?

Oct 11,2023Scammers avoid at all costs I booked two rooms in a hotel when I got too the hotel I was told the rooms were cancelled I rang them straight away and was told the rooms were cancelled there end that something went wrong they had taken the full amount €1,490 When I asked them to book the rooms straight away the just said sorry they will start a refund the hotel was 3 times more the price than the original price so I had to go and find another hotel and pay again still no money back please save yourself the hassle DO NOT USE these Scammers

Oct 08,2023Vorsichtig!!!!!! Betrüger !!!!!!! Habe ein Hotel im Juli gebucht für 2 per. Am Tag der Anreise war keine Zimmer reserviert. Bis heute warte ich auf eine Gutschrift von 1500 Euro.

Oct 07,2023Very unreliable site. Don’t trust these scammers. We were sent a confirmation email with our booking and dates and charged thousands of dollars. When we arrived at the hotel just now at Bali Mulia Resort they said the Rehlat agent has sent them an email saying the booking was cancelled by us. It is an absolute lie! There is no number or an easier way to contact these scammers even. We need a refund asap! This is fraud!!!! Send us a contact detail before we take further action!

Oct 03,2023hice una cancelación de un hotel en nueva york (RGL2164638) el día 23 de agosto 2023, además con cancelación libre de cargos y que luego aplican supuestos gastos y te prometen devolver un 80 % y llevo cinco semanas esperando la devolución de unos 1731.90 euros. he reclamado varias veces y he obtenido las mismas respuestas como los que se pueden leer en los demás comentarios. no volvería hacer ningúna reserva con esta empresa y desaconsejaría hacer lo mismo a todos los interesados. también me gustaría saber sí alguien de los que han hecho comentarios aquí y han recibido unas respuestas de ellos con la invitación de revisar sus emails han realmente recibido los reembolsos.

Oct 03,2023I made a booking with this company and was told via email, that I would get a refund because of an error during the booking process. 3 months in, I never received a refund (and no service of course). I spoke to my credit card customer service and luckily they managed to get the money back. The whole process took almost 2 months and multiple hours of frustration. This company is a criminal organization!

Oct 03,2023No refund received after multiple requests. I made a booking with a free cancellation option. I later had to cancel but over a month after cancellation have received no refund. They keep saying they will escalate the matter to their finance department but nothing has happened as yet. Very poor service. I certainly wouldn’t recommend them or use them again.

Oct 20,2023They're definitely a scam! Fake emails, rude customer service, and overall bad experience. Do not book through them. If anyone has went through this as well report them to ftc.gov just like I am about to do!
