Feb 10,2024BIG SCAMMERS @Rehlat! It's not only bad service, but also they steal your money!!! We booked 2 nights in Kempinski Bali in October 2023 (700$). When we arrived, the hotel informed us that our agent (Rehlat) cancelled the reservations, we were left to are-book again with 1000$. And we never got our refund from Rehlat till now! We keep on contacting them via email, Instagram, ticket, but nothing. They won't even refund us the 700$ that we paid them!!! Do not use them, it is a scam, we are truing to take legal actions. They don't even bother t respond!

Feb 03,2024I had made a reservation at the Village Hotel Bugis (Singapore) for the dates December 22–December 24, 2023, through the Rehlat website. However, when I arrived that day, I was told by the hotel staff that the booking is cancelled, and I am not aware of such changes, as the Rehlat website indicated that the booking was still valid. Email Rehlat at least 4 times to ask for refund. I kept getting the same automated response. I want my refund back!! Update: 8 months later, still no updates or follow up. They claim they will get back to me but I don't think they do. Just some automated emails everything single time you email them. Please avoid this website at all cost. It maybe cheaper, but it's all a scam. So unprofessional.

Jan 30,2024I booked a flight ticket through their website and the flight was overbooked. That was in May 2023 and until now they have not refunded my money. I called them over 20 times and every time I get the same answer and the money never gets refunded.

Jan 30,2024Took our deposit 6 months ago sent emails saying booking will be cancelled if you don't pay in next 48 hours tried umpteen times to pay ended up ringing UK helpline (doubt it was in UK) they raised a ticket sent a payment link it finally went through, received email saying payment success, then next day another email saying booking will be canceled emailed help no reply emailed again and attached confirmation of payment no reply rang help line was told they'd raise another ticket,today 3 days after paying received and email saying booking cancelled ! Rang help line to be told yes definitely canceled due to a technical error! And I'd receive a full refund in 7 to 10 days when I asked how much they said full amount I said it was unacceptable as I now had to book another hotel as we fly in 6 days ! I truly believe this whole site and company is a scam, let's see if we get our deposit or if they try and take full payment or payment for not cancelling by 31 Jan ! Nothing showing on CC statement and we can't cancel the card as has other hotels pre booked on it for our trip ! AVOID the site, the app and FB - I also noticed they delete every comment !!

Malheureusement, pour eux, je suis située au Kuwait. À peu près 1000 $ à rembourser, je n’ai toujours rien reçu. They cheated me out of my money, I never got my money back. 27.01.2024 Bei Rehlat handelt es sich um einen Betrüger !!!!!! Wir hatten ein Hotel in Marrakesch gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Als wir im Hotel ankamen, gab es keine Reservierung mehr. Die Buchung wurde storniert. Wir hatten aber weder storniert noch eine Rückerstattung erhalten. Es folgten viele E-Mails bis heute. Laut Rehlat handelte es sich um einen technischen Fehler und die Rückerstattung sollte innerhalb von 48 Stunden erfolgen. Dann hieß es, es dauert 10-12 Tage bis die Rückerstattung da ist. Es kamen immer nur die gleichen generischen Mails. Auf keinen Fall buchen. Die Firma ist 100% Betrüger!!! Es ist mir ein Rätsel, dass die heute noch existieren und nicht hinter Gittern sind.

Jan 26,2024THEY ARE SCAMMERS STAY AWAY!!! It has been 7 months and I still have not received a refund. I have called an emailed at least 5 times. They opened a late refund request for me then just randomly closed it without any updates or reason why.

Jan 20,2024I made reservations for a hotel in New York for my son and myself at Rehlats website after having beeing sent there by Momondo. I first started to worry when the money was withdrawn from my account immidiately, but I was not sent any confirmation for the reservation, I contacted the hotel and they did not have any reservation to my name, but said it might not be a problem as it could come in later. And actually it did. After a month or so I got a confirmation from Rehlat, and the Hotel verified it. But what happened was, that when we arrived, the hotel could see any reservation. I showed them the communication of when they had confirmed it, and they looked further and could see that the reservation had been cancelled by Rehlat 2 days or so before our arrival. So now we were in New York late in the night without any hotel reservation. We managed but only by spending a lot more than with the original boking. I have now waited more that 3 months and more than 10 mails for them to return my money, which they originally said they would refund me within 10-12 business days. This is a scam company so you should avoid it even if the promise a good deal - Should any from Rehlat read this - my booking id is RCO2400694

Jan 20,2024I’ve been waiting for a refund for 1 year now. I have never seen such customer service. Acting like they are taking care of it but nothing happens? I will never book again with rehlat nor with any affiliated hotel or company like Ibis Nor will my friends and family Update: still no refund, truly unbelievable, a total rip off

Jan 18,2024Like many other victims, this company does appear to be a scam. They scrape google hotels and offer a deal at a lower price, after taking the payment they then said it’s not available. I’ve been calling and emailing every day and a month later still no refund. They kept saying the finance team is looking into it but it just doesn’t appear to be true. I’m hundreds of pounds out of pocket.

Jan 17,2024We are OUTRAGED. They canceled our hotel without notification and did not pay us back the booking fee. We have to pay at the hotel for a new room. Then when we wanted our money back the customer service was very bad and late in answering. We still have NOT got our money back and they are not responding anymore. NEVER BOOK HERE!

Jan 16,2024I'm still owed a refund on my ticket 3 months later after deduction of an exorbitant amount in fees after cancellation. When I call their customer service line I'm told that finance will look into it. They are scammers!!!

Jan 10,2024Avoid at all cost!! Made and prepaid two hotel reservations only to find them cancelled when I arrived at the property. Been in countless contacts with customer service who give the same copy paste answers. It has now been several months!!

Feb 14,2024This Company is Scammer, It should be blacklisted immediately. I paid in Nov 2023 for a ticket from Dammam to UAE and Rehlat was not able to confirm the ticket. 3 Months have passed still they have not refunded my money. CS always says they are raising special requests and you will get the money in 48 hours. nothing happens!!! A professional group of cold-hearted thieves!
