Sep 05,2023Siguen sin reembolsarme mi dinero 10 meses después. Ni siquiera me han confirmado la cantidad a reembolsar. Hace unos días escribí en esta misma web. Me respondió un encargado del rehlat, diciendo que ya se pondrían con mi caso. Mentira, nadie me ha dicho nada. Es como si lo hubiese escrito para quedar bien. Vergüenza. Estafa.

Sep 04,2023Ladri e truffatori . Dopo aver fatto la prenotazione RCO2454247 sul loro sito non ho mai ricevuto alcuna mail di conferma. Ho contattato l’hotel il quale mi comunica che non esiste alcuna prenotazione a nome mio . Da 1 mese a questa parte che ogni giorno mando mail per richiedere il mio rimborso ed ogni giorno rispondono dicendo :” la sua pratica sarà processata nel minor tempo possibile e ci scusiamo ecc “ Tutte balle. Ho appena fatto denuncia tramite la mia banca per sospendere il pagamento . Vi meritate la black list ed il fallimento della vostra azienda .

Sep 04,2023Disgraceful. Using a platform with an Arabic name & words such as KARAM [meaning generousity] while holding on to your money & not giving a direct refund when it's due! Customer service is useless and keeps on stalling [because they are actually a SCAM CENTER] DO NOT BUY through them.

Sep 04,2023No email received or correspondence unless you send an email. They had promised refunds were being processed over 4 weeks ago. Your best bet is to instead call or your local banks and fill in a dispute form to say that a refund was not processed or received. Please save yourself the hassle and book direct or with a well known company.

Sep 04,2023Booked a hotel in Malaysia through Rehlat thinking they had an Australian branch. Then decided to cancel as I had to make some changes and additionally on top I read the reviews and decided to cancel (the negative reviews were right) I was scared that we would arrive to Malaysia with no hotel booked (as mentioned in the reviews) so decided it was better to book direct or with a well known company. After sending 4-5 emails over a period of over two months to get a refund and receiving numerous edited auto replies with promises of escalating… “ Dear Customer, Thank you for reaching out to us!!! Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. This is to inform you that we have forwarded this to our finance department on high priority and the latest information will be updated within 3-4 business days. Should there be anything else, kindly let us know. We are here to help. “ No email received or correspondence unless you send an email. Sep 01,2023I made the mistake of buying airline tickets through Rehlat instead of buying directly with the airline (Spirit Airlines) and it ended up costing me way more than the "discount" Rehlat offers. Rehlat canceled my ticket without my knowledge or consent and refused to give me a refund because I had "agreed to these terms and conditions". In what world is it okay for a third-party company like Rehlat to cancel your ticket, get money back from the airline, and then pocket that money that belongs to you?! The flight was not cancelled or delayed; Rehlat decided to cancel my ticket without good reason or communicating with me. They also did not make an effort to book me a new ticket. I had to buy a completely new ticket out of pocket because they never got back to me. And still refuse to answer to me. DO NOT do business with them; save your money and book directly with the airline. Rehlat is a SCAM

Aug 31,2023I was Booked the ticket on 5th May 2023 and get cancelled and promised that they will refund within 10-12 days, but until now the refund was not done, and I was calling to customer service and no one is properly answering and always telling lies. below the email received on 5th May 2023. Greetings from Rehlat Customer Support Team! Please accept our apologies as your flight has sold out of seats. We are unable to confirm your booking for that reason. We would like to draw your attention to the following available flight with a fare difference of 530 SAR : kindly reply to the e-mail if approved, so that a payment link will be sent We are waiting for your response to take the necessary measures accordingly, whether it is your choice of an alternative date and time or a full refund. Please respond as soon as possible, as seats are subject to depletion or price increases as long as they are not confirmed.

Aug 31,2023Booking ID: RAE2260610 AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NO REFUND. LIES. What an absolute disgrace. I made a hotel booking 2 months ago, for 5 nights. Paid a lot of money. Next day, booking got cancelled with no explanation. After calling them multiple times, they finally sent me an email confirming that they would refund the full amount “within 10-12 business days”. It’s been 2 months. NO REFUND. I have sent over 30 emails in total, every time I receive a copy&paste answer, often with the exact same wording. Literally zero customer support. They keep telling me they will get back to me ASAP, they have forwarded my request on high priority, I will hear back within 2-3 business days, etc. NOTHING. I have even called them multiple times, each time the same thing. “You have to wait”. I have asked to speak to a manager, and they tell me that they have “raised the request” and that I would get contacted by a manager “as soon as possible”. I did this several times, never got a call. They have taken my money, cancelled the booking for no reason, and refuse to give the money back to me. I am raising a complaint with my bank and with consumer rights authorities. They are headquartered in Kuwait, so if necessary, I will go all the way there to file an official complaint and take this further. I am not letting this go. Never. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Aug 31,2023Where's the refund? I booked a ticket on August 10 and waiting for confirmation until they decided to cancel it. I paid yet they didnt refund the money. As per the mail, it will take 24 days but on the website I will be automatically refunded within 48hrs. Contacting though mail and trying to call them won't help. Customer care never care!

Aug 31,2023Greetings, I booked a trip back May 23,2023. I didn't use the ticket. The airline credit me back I thought. Nope they gave the credit back to rehlat. It's now been since June I've asked for a refund. I just hung up with a representative who confirmed the refund email from rehlat was sent July 13 minus a $20 fee. I've not received any refund as of August 30th over a month later and the want me to wait another 24 hours for an email to state what's happening. SMFH. Have a great day. 1st and last time rehlat. Peace.

Aug 29,2023Finger weg davon! Betrug! Ich habe ein Hotel in Abu Dhabi gebucht und bezahlt. Als ich vorm Hotel stand, sagt das Hotel mir, dass die Buchung nicht besteht!!! Nach dem Kontakt mit Rehlat wurde ich nur getröstet, das sie das Problem bearbeiten werden…Rückzahlung kam nie….

Aug 27,2023J'ai acheté 2 billets d'avions sur leur site. Ils ont envoyé tout d'abord une confirmation de reservation E-ticket (avec un numéro PNR), puis un autre email avec un rabais d'un certain montant. Quelques jours plus tard, j'ai trouvé qu'un montant plus élevé a été prélevé de mon compte. Le rabais était donc un extra-fee. En faisant une recherche sur les sites d'évaluation, je me suis persuadé que plusieurs personnes ont été victimes d'arnaques par cette companie. J'ai appelé la companie aerienne et ils m'ont dit que la companie a réservé puis annulé le ticket alors que je n'ai pas recu de préavis d'annulation. J'ai appelé Rehlat et ils m'ont confirmé l'annulation due à un probleme technique de payement et ils m'ont promis de me rembourser la totalité de l'argent. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois et il y a que des promesses de remboursements mais toujours rien. Svp signaler ces arnaqueurs via econsumer.gov.

OBVIOUS SCAM - the long waiting time is in the hopes that you forget about your refund so they can steal it from you. Rehlat: Refund now. Booking ID: 2793

Aug 24,2023Ancien colaborateur de la compagnie rehlat situé au koweit et ayant uniquement des collaborateur issu d'afrique on a pour mission de ne jamais remboursé donc a tous client n'attendaus plus votre remboursement et ne faites pas d'autre achat c'est dans l'anonymat le plus total que je lausse se massage. C'est une entreprise semi fictive les hotels ne travaillent pas avec nous

Sep 05,2023Got a booking confirmation on 28th August and payment was done. Later on 31st August REHLAT replied that the fare hiked by 630 SR and to confirm your ticket proceed to pay or they will cancel the ticket. At last the cancelled and refunded, But it's not fair take the money and give you the confirmation and later you have to pay the price hikes. Please get the tickets from airlines directly rather than Rehlat as their way is unethical and no logical response from customer support
