Feb 23,2023Rehlat is such a fraud. inspite of reverifying all the details of the passenger (my mother),and reconfirming before payment , rehlat has issued me a ticket with wrong name(my name as per the account registered to). and now they say they cant do anything. this is a all time big scam . a big fraud. its better not to trust these kind of travel sites.

Feb 23,2023Booked a hotel room for early Dec 2022 via Rehlat. Was informed that the room was unavailable, but not until the funds had been taken from my account. Email said I should expect a refund within 10-12 business days. Follow up emails were unhelpful; along the lines of "the issue has been forwarded to the relevant department". In late Feb 2023, after many emails and no refund, I reported them consumer protection, and I finally got my refund. Customer beware.

Feb 22,2023J ai réservé un séjour pour mai 2023 en janvier 2023 avec le site Rehlat.il était bien précisé que l annulation était gratuite ( en français) or ne pouvant y aller j ai voulu faire une annulation. Mais quand j ai réalisé cette annulation ils m ont donné des frais de 456 euros. En sachant que le séjour était à 465 euros visiblement c etait écrit en tout petit en.anglais J ai envoyé plusieurs mails pour leur demander ce que je pouvais faire .il n y a aucun recours . J ai donc voulu reprendre cette réservation puisque ça faisait à peine une demi heure que j avais annuler. Mais pareil impossible de récupérer cette réservation..ca va donc me coûter plus cher d annuler le séjour que le séjour en lui même. Je suis dégoûtée Je déconseille vivement ce site C est une grosse arnaque

Feb 21,2023Scammers they stealing money from customers, will never do business again with them, bad customer service .after paying they call asking for more money, they will never refund you money even though refund confirmed from airlines. Update, I paid 400 SR for a flight from Jeddah to Cairo Egypt, the flight was cancelled due the pandemic situation on march 28- 2020. After tons of emails and request to refund me the amount they refunded only 167 SR not the whole amount and put it in the wallet only valid for certain flights, So after I complained here they removed the credit and asking to provide them with bank account to refund the 167 not the 400 SR which is ridiculous.

Feb 21,2023I book the hotel in this page rehlat, then I cancelled the booking only inter one day. But then happen the gost dream, I wrote lots mails but never get the refund. The coworker only answered you in hypocritical way: thanks for your patience you need wait for 12 days blabla, but you never get the refund, nonmatter 12 days or 120days! Next step I will transfer this situation to legal side. No wish anymore. Take care of this spy page, don't touch and book your hotel or ticket in other page! My booking number is RGL1447940 ! Never forgettable of this experience!

Feb 21,2023UPDATE (27 FEB): Refund was finally received on 26 Feb. Still, I'm quite disappointed with their way of working & I'm never going to book anything via Rehlat. This website is a big SCAM & they are cheating their customers. I booked a ticket from this website on 20th January 2023, but the ticket was not issued and the booking was cancelled. I was supposed to receive a refund for the amount of 1106 AED which was already debited from my credit card. The email which they sent after cancellation mentioned that payment will be refunded within 15-20 WORKING DAYS (which I feel is unreasonably long time required to return someone’s hard earned money). However, this period is already over, in fact it has been a month now & I have still not received the refund. I’m calling them daily since last few days, but their call center has just one thing to say: ‘Our team is working on it & you will receive the money within next 1 or 2 working days’. They do not have the courtesy to reply to my emails as well. They also told me that I will receive a call back from their higher management, but never received any call. I think next option would be to go to the Police to recover my money.

Feb 20,2023Cheaters Scammers, Call it Whatever You want to I am writing this review out of pure frustration. I booked my tickets on 3rd Dec 2022. Intially they sent me a confirmation email. 24 hours later they ask me to pay more amount on top of my booking. I ask them to cancel my ticket and refund me the amount. to which they agreed. It has been 3 months now, No refund no transfer of credit. Nothing. They are scammers and we need to beware.

Feb 19,2023I made reservations online on 13 Feb for 3 night for one of hotel and today I realised there's some changes on the plan, i would like to cancel the last night, they are telling me the breakfast can't be canceled! I really dunno why till now there more than 45 days to check in date, and which hotel breakfast will cost nearly $700 for two nights! I alrdy agreed with cancellation fee of $71, this breakfast non refundable is ridiculous! They're jus cheaters! There's no other reply after this!

We have received the payment of SAR 1267.36 for the transaction. We are waiting for your ticket to get confirmed. DON'T TAKE THE PAYMENT WHEN THE BOOKING ISN'T CONFIRMED. Are you people not a fan of common sense? Their customer service is horrible, the most disrespectful people you'll ever have the displeasure of encountering. 3 hours waiting at the airport, 6 calls. AND NO PLANE TICKET. Missed my flight to Dubai. Still no refund. You will get what you deserve.
