Jan 31,2023Hola, Tenía que haber leido más antes de hacer la reserva en esta web. Me está pasando un poco más de lo mismo que he leído. Hice una reserva para un hotel en Bruselas. La tuve que cancelar, y me confirmaron que en 10-12 dias me devolvian el dinero. Aún sigo esperando desde el 29 de noviembre. Mi reserva es RGL1121651. Ya les escribo emails y ni siquiera me contestan. Finalmente me han devuelto el importe del reembolso.

Jan 28,2023Nous avons réservé à la dernière minute (le jour même) et la confirmation n’est pas passé à l’hôtel. Mais le service client est incroyable ils sont là pour vous, vous répondent très rapidement! Et surtout trouve des solutions donc en cas de problème vous ne devez pas vous inquiétez ils sont très fiable. Moi j’ai eu droit à l’aide de Anji, merci à lui!

Jan 27,2023Scammers; Liars. #1099607 HOTEL FOR BID RGL1266773 Took my money and unable to deliver the hotel that I booked. Then promised refund in 10-15 days. Followed up after 15 days, then promised 48 hours. Again followed up, then promised 24 hours. Again followed up, then replied "Your refund is under process and once the refund is initiated we will update you accordingly with the refund status"; which means no time limit.

Jan 24,2023case number BID 3415782 , rehlat took money from my bank account 2 times in 2022 april when I purchased a ticket from rehlat, till date I didn't get the refund SR888. Worst service ever which I experienced, not recommended to by any tickets or hotels because no use, they will not help customers. I'm really depressed of this company. i did a mistake. DO Not buy tickets in this web rehlat. better you go directly to airline website and purchase it.

Jan 23,2023Rimborso avvenuto, mi hanno fatto un pò penare, ma dopo due mesi il rimborso dovuto è stato effettuato. Cancellazione RGL 1108102 ... Penso sia proprio una truffa!! Aspetto un rimborso da fine novembre 2022, ma ancora nulla si fatto! Rimandano in continuazione, ma i 15 giorni lavorativi di cui parlavano nelle prime email scambiate necessari per il rimborso, sono passati da un pezzo!! Comunque la speranza è l'ultima a morire...

Jan 23,2023Ticket no. 1106090 My father had booked and paid for a hotel room for 1 week. Upon his arrival there was NO room available at the hotel and he had to stay with us elsewhere!! We have called Rehlat and emailed numerous of times and each time they give us a ticket and tell us they will “respond to us with a positive response” or “they have escalated the matter to their finance team!” but nothing has happened so far and It’s been a months since then. This is appalling service for vulnerable and older people . They had no where to go during busy December holiday time and were disgustingly let down by Rehlat! 1 months on and Rehlat have not progressed with the matter and keep telling us to be patient!! Stay away from this company it seems like a SCAM. They take your money and do not deliver! REHLAT TEAM , WHEN WILL YOU LOOK INTO MY REFUND ??
