Apr 05,2023Dear Rehlat, I have been a victim of Rehlat SCAMMERS. I booked a hotel in Singapore through REHLAT on 25.01.2023 vide booking ID No.1379102/1381734. Due to some personal exigency I cancelled the booking the very next day. In response to the cancellation of my booking the Rehlat Team sent me a typical email stating as under :- “Dear Customer, Thank you for reaching Rehlat customer support. Please be informed that we will process the full refund within 10-12 business days and the amount of KWD 208.673 booking I'd RCOM1379102 will be credited to your account in accordance with your bank policy & procedures. If you do not receive the refund after 4 weeks, please reach out to us for further assistance. Thanks & Regards ANJI” Even after the lapse of 4 week time , the Rehlat Team did not issue my refund. I have sent them multiple e-mails regarding refund status to which they kept replying with the same answers as under :- - “Please accept our apologies once again for any inconvenience caused. Your refund is under process and once the refund is initiated we will update you accordingly with the refund status - Please be informed that we will process the full refund within 10-12 business days and the amount of KWD 208.673 booking I'd RCOM1379102 will be credited to your account in accordance with your bank policy & procedures. If you do not receive the refund after 4 weeks, please reach out to us for further assistance. - We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created. Please follow this ticket number 1110740 for future communications. A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response at the earliest. - This is to inform you that we have forwarded this to our finance department on high priority and the latest information will be updated within the next 48 hours. Should there be anything else, kindly let us know. We are here to help. - Please accept our apologies once again for any inconvenience caused. Your refund is under process and once the refund is initiated we will update you accordingly with the refund status.” Some of the reverts by Rehlat team were so identical, that it appeared that they were just playing a copy and paste game. Moreover, they do not respond to my emails now. I have called their customer service multiple times and they have told that there representative will contact me but again till date (5th April 2023) there is no correspondence from any of there executive. I have escalated the ticket several times and they said a manager will get back to me but still there is no response from there end. The Team is doing nothing except showing the negligence towards the customers and giving false excuses for not releasing the refund. Rehlat is not keeping up with their promise. It’s been so many working days since 25th January 2023 till date 5th April 2023. Where is my refund? I will have to go ahead with legal proceedings as Rehlat is not willing to close this out for me. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever booked with. They have no respect for their customers as I can see from their laid back attitude. I made a big mistake for using Rehlat for booking.

Apr 04,2023My flight got canceled, once I called Rehlat to schedule new date they asked me to pay 106 USD fees to change my flight date to pay the airline but the change was free from the airline as the cancellation was from the airline side.. I went to the airline office and they confirmed the same… Further, I have paid Rehlat.. the flexibility date fees when I’ve purchased the tickets so they can not claim the requested charges it was for them! They could’ve change the flight tickets date.. but they want to scam me to get 106 USD I have the proof of their scam I went to the airline office and they helped me change the tickets dates, but for Rehlat I didn’t get any support or assist, they stopped replying to my email and calls I will never use Rehlat for any booking and I don’t recommend it to anyone

Apr 04,2023BAD EXPERIENCE. WAITING FOR MY REFUND SINCE LAST 40 DAYS AND INSPITE OF CALLING EVERYDAY THERE IS NO POSITIVE FEEBACK. CALL CENTER TEAM SAYS THEY WILL ESCALATE THIS ISSUE ON TOP PRIORITY AND MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 24 HOURS BUT THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN. THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO FOOL CUSTOMERS. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ROTTEN SERVICE OF REHLAT

Apr 03,2023Eu fiz duas reservas para datas que eles disponibilizaram depois mandaram email dizendo que não era mais possível essa data e as outras que eles sugeriram eu não pude, então eu pedi o ressarcimento das duas datas, e até o presente momento ja fazem 2 meses e eles não delvoveram meu dinheiro, na verdade, eles não vão pagar pq não faz sentido, não caiam no golpe da rehlat, perdi um total de 3500 reais.

Apr 03,20234 months and no refund yet I had booked 5 tickets having reference PNR no. 4122390 (reference No. 4122390) for myself & my family members on 02-12-2022 From Cairo to Riyadh in Flynas airlines for a travel of 03-02-2022. Paid the full money in advance Total Fare 8616.93 saudi riyals, later i got a mail saying that the fare changed and i have to pay 1700 riyals to confirm the booking, i paid it. and after some time i got another mail saying sorry again the fare change and i need to pay 1500 riyals or i can cancel the booking. i asked for cancelling the booking and asked for refund. i keep calling the help center and mailing them but till now did not receive my refund. its now 4 months mohammed alaidaros

Mar 30,2023I got SCAMMED like everyone else. .......... The only way to get your YOUR MONEY back is by contacting your BANK and making a complaint. Contact your BANK and get a full refund. Do not use REHLAT scammers and fraudsters. Regards

Mar 29,2023Scam Alert! Booking ID 2032597 They will take your money for a flight they can't book tickets for and tell you they will refund your money after 20 working days. It has been more than 40 working days and I still haven't got my refund. They have a useless customer service team who are trained to help them with their scam of holding their customer's funds. Because I have made calls to their customer service team at least 5 times and all they say is they will get back to me within 24 hours.

Mar 28,2023Don't use this company for ANY bookings. Total scam. NO REFUND OF ANY MONIES. DO NOT USE I booked a hotel for Thailand, for December 23, 'luxury villa', over Christmas- busy time of year. After booking, I communicated with the actual hotel and they advised there was no reservation made in my name. The hotel 'reservation' number on my receipt was nonsense. I waited a couple of days, exactly the same. ALSO, the hotel advised me there was no such room type at the hotel, no luxury, only a normal villa, so Rehlat couldn't have actually booked what I've paid for. It's a scam. I contacted Rehlat, they said they will confirm 7 days before!!!! Whatever- it's Christmas week, if its not reserved now, it never will!! I then looked Rehlat up on Trustpilot and was horrified to read the reviews of people turning up at hotels/airports with no bookings. I've since booked with a reputable company online, and guess what? The reservation was there within ten minutes. All legitimate. I'm now having to go to my credit card to get my money back. (Which you can only do within 60 days, by the time of my reservation its too late!) Rehlat obviously knows this, read the reviews people can't get their money back. Its a scam. Read all the reviews, they don't book the rooms, or the flights. They steal your money. TOTAL FRAUDSTERS. DONT USE NO MONEY REFUNDED... I NOTICE THE COMPANIES RESPONSE- SEE EMAIL, I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING SCAMMERS

I had booked a flight from Sharjah to Dammam with Rehlat and they did not book the flight as a result I was stranded and had to pay more costly plane tickets. Mar 22,2023Booked a hotel with free cancellation back in mid February. Cancelled it a few days later, was told I’d get my refund within 10-12 days. It’s been 6 weeks nearly now and whenever I try and contact them they ignore my questions and send me a generic response saying my issue has been forwarded on to their finance department. Steer well clear of them, they don’t seem to have any intention to stick to their promise of a refund!
